November 3, 201213 yr Member So Kyle is away doing an internship in NYC. Aww man, it's gonna be rough not hearing his voice for awhile but hey atleast he's with his aunts. Edited November 3, 201213 yr by Taiah
November 4, 201213 yr Member It's interesting that you mention Brenda because the first thing I noticed in the above clip was the lack of wow factor in Jill's big return wardrobe. Brenda would be all sequinned and furred. And staring off-stage to her right for...no reason at all, really.
November 4, 201213 yr Member He needs to be recast while on internship. Putting him in the opening is kind of misleading, but yes, this internship is a great chance for a decent recast.
November 4, 201213 yr Member Just watched a week's worth of Y&R, Lord help me. A cold can do that to a man. It was decent, I guess. Certainly a whole lot of Chadam/Sharon. Still don't like this version of Adam, but I can go through the scenes. I like Robert Adamson and Hunter/Haley King as Noah and Summer, respectively. No Daniel, Devon, Kyle or Sarge all week. Chloe I can tolerate when she is around Chelsea, but with Kevin there's just nothing compelling there. Kevin was annoying. I liked him better with Jana. Cane is also still useless to me. No real opinion on the exits, they were all kind of rushed and it was useless seeing Genevieve's story unfold because there was no real conclusion to anything. Harmony, Heather meh. I liked all the scenes including Jack, Phyllis, Billy, Nikki, Victor and Kay. As for other stories, I wonder if they'll drop the Daisy character completely and never mention her again. With Graziadei almost definitely leaving, they need to ship Lucy off as well and forget about this story completely. Same thing with Patty. Now onto the next week, which should be somewhat of a real beginning of Griffith now that so many characters exited and new stories are happening.
November 4, 201213 yr Member Re: Genevieve's exit -- I feel like anything short of a grisly murder would have been disappointing. At least for me.
November 4, 201213 yr Member Maybe they're intentionally trying to put off killing characters because Maria used to really love that.
November 4, 201213 yr Member they can almost do a spin off with all the Abbotts in New York with Ashley, Tracey, Abby and Kyle call it Y&R New York lol Edited November 4, 201213 yr by Darlotto99
November 5, 201213 yr Member ITA that Brenda Dickson would have ROCKED a Jill return! Crimson Lights is un(der)staffed and running on the Honor System? Who the hell is brewing the coffee? Avery? Adam the Arsonist? You just know some homeless person's gonna burn. Cue Bonnie Franklin's return!
November 5, 201213 yr Author Member Why on Earth should they get rid of Crimson Lights? What's wrong with it?
November 5, 201213 yr Member They need to let someone else own it Yes someone else should own it but no reason to get rid of it. Every soap needs a coffee shop.
