Anyone who teads casting spoilers already knew Noah's secret yet people keep acting shocked that the secret was not him being gay.

Monday's show: 2 Spoilers - Twiiter pics of restaurant and Noah's secret -

On Monday's show the restaurant shown in pics on Twitter is actually a new restaurant. Ronan and Phyllis have a date there that doesn't go so well. And also, Noah opens up to his dad about a relationship with "Adrianna" who he says cheated on him.

Nice little shout-out to Hollywood Heights. Noah's girl is named Adriana just like Phil's girl was.

Well, I think most times when soaps really want to keep a certain story aspect a secret, they tend not to offer spoilers about it. I guess this is the exception? Furthermore, there have been times when casting calls haven't panned out, and not having been given any information on the actress tends to make one think that something hasn't followed through.

On this site, at least, quite a few posters called it correctly when they speculated that of the spoilers about the Latino characters, the female would be linked to Noah romantically. I guess the final piece will be whether she will be related to the cop as many already believe.

I wish for once, Y&R would introduce a new character and let him or her breathe before sticking them with someone. I hope the cop will not be tied to Phyllis, at the very least, not immediately. For heaven's sake...can't they let these characters find their way as individuals? Perhaps develop a personality/character traits? A backstory? Let us get a sense of who the new guy is, whether he is someone to take a rooting interest in...maybe (*gasps*) involve him in an actual storyline before ensnaring him in an insta-coupling.

Y&R needs to start building individual characters again-- preferably ones that viewers will actually give a toss about.

But before the final piece as to whether or not the cop is her brother, we need to SEE who she is. I thought we'd meet her before Alex, but that's looking less and less to be the case.

I'm thinking cop Alex will be tied to JG's pet Avery, her ex husband perhaps, which means Phyllis will bang him eventually.

I see this theory a lot about Alex being tied to Avery. Anything is possible but I get no impression that they will connect. I think Avery's past issues will be something/someone else entirely.

I've waited for them to utilize her for two years now, I really hope they follow through with this and make something of it.

The black people are still and will continue to be 1st and 15th. Griffith immediately made his preferences known by dropping stories and characters in record time and immediately pushing his pets to the frontburner. Remind me, how long did it take Avery to get her set? Exactly. If they wanted to do something with Neil or Devon, they would've given Harmony a proper exit, thus setting up a future for those characters. We also would be seeing more of Neil to develop a storyline down the road. They are placeholders like they always have been. Anyone who thinks otherwise is foolish.

The black males started filming and will be onscreen in December along with the Latinos Sounds like all the new people come around the same time

I like Leslie and hope they keep her around. But away from Neil he is too old for her.

Leslie may be too young, but she's the only black female around so of course her sole purpose should be as Neil's love interest. That's how these writers work. Leslie should've been put in a relationship with Adam when they shared so many scenes together in the past. She would make more sense in the Chelsea role right now as opposed to Melissa Claire Egan who should not be employed on Y&R.

Um no I would never wish an intelligent accomplished woman on that scum Adam.

I'm just saying that realistically it makes more sense to put Leslie (an outsider) with Adam, than it does to put her with Neil only because they're both black. Leslie and Adam had lots of scenes together and there was chemistry there. I don't like Adam either, but it's a pairing that would make sense. Given Angell Conwell's performances and age, she'd be on contract and on the frontburner with a love interest if she wasn't black. I really don't see the new regime changing much for the minorities. It's not going to be another golden age for them.

I no longer think Alex is tied to Avery. He's coming to town to ask someone about a past relationship so I think that's about Noah/Adriana. RA tweeted about welcoming his old pal IS. Still no word on whose playing Adriana though which is odd.

I'm all for more Leslie but it sucks Neil is her only option and she's being pulled out the closet cause he needs a pairing. Instead of the predictable pairing Navery, I would've preferred Nick and Leslie.

I think the casting process for Adriana was longer because she's a singer.

So this is it, huh? Either Neil gets another Black girl he barely knows, or he goes back to being the town eunuch? In that case, I'd rather see him reconcile with Sofa, I mean, Sofia.
