Im guessing you missed the fact that she was joking with him. I know you hate her, but come on, at least come at this rationally. Tea has been all about singing his praises the last 2 days complete with an instant 180 with how she's treating him. She is extremely grateful and has been expressing that. I dont see how you can twist that around and say she's ungrateful and acting like her comment was meant to be taken seriously with malice. Nothing about her interactions with Todd today was thrown with a bit of shade. It looks like this story is an insta-redemption for him (albeit temporarily till the truth comes out) with Tea now back as a Todd supporter. I expect her to be 100% Team Todd till she is forced to lose the baby she will come to love and raise.

Granted, it's kind of disturbing the poor kid shares the same name as a child molester (and unless Irene knew something when Victor Jr. was born, he's the first one to bear that name after the abuse has been revealed--and say what you will about Todd, but there's a reason why his son's named Jack and not Todd Manning Jr.), but given his father's name and what happened to him, I predicted that would be his name a long time ago.
