Yes, it's the 'Munsters' reinvention. I may have started the thread too early since it's a pilot for a potential series in the fall. For some reason I thought it was going to be a summer series.

I never watched the original Munsters, I watched the second series with Jason Marsden.

I'm looking forward to this because I love Bryan Fuller's work. Dead like me and Pushing daisies are one of my favorite TV shows ever.

Jerry O'Connell sucks.

And not even in a fun way.

I can't see this working. You need Fred Gwynne, Yvonne De Carlo, and Al Lewis. They were what made the Munsters good.

This show already has two major factors to set up to fail.

1.) it would be in NBC

2.) Jerry oconnell (the dude just sucks!)

Instead of airing as a series, NBC is airing the pilot as a Halloween Special and if it does well, could go to series.

Well at least from the preview it doesn't look half bad, from all the bad things I've heard about it I was expecting something awful,

I like the girl playing Marilyn and Portia looks awesome and I'm loving Grandpa.

Anybody watched? It wasn;'t that bad. needed something light to watch to get my mind off of Hurricane Sandy.

Not sure if if NBC will pick this up as a full series.
