Nelson Branco posted on Twitter that a recent casting breakdown looks like a Heather Stevens recast. What do yall think? I think they need to simply bring back Vail Bloom, who never should've been fired. The show has way too many new faces and I'm sure for this they'll cast another displaced ABC star. Bloom did well in the role and most importantly, she fit the Y&R brand and look. I found her to be a refreshing, modernized (less annoying/Mary Sue) take on Christine Blair.

Not to mention she looked like she could be Paul Williams' daughter unlike ER

If they bring back an sexy, feisty Heather, I wonder if they will break up Sharon & Adam. But then again people are liking Adam & Billy new baby mother.

As miscast as Eden Riegel was in the role, Ms. Bloom was not much better. It is funny how quickly people forgot her moniker as "Ms. Hair Model" just as soon as Riegel was cast. It really came off as one of those, "my enemy's enemy is my friend." And we know Riegel has her own sleu of enemies in these parts.

A lot of people had grown to like Vail Bloom before she was fired. The only person who called her that was Branco, whose taste in soap actors is about as valid as Nicki Minaj's taste in clothes.
