She is going by Connie with an awful pseudo-NY accent which was inconsistent. She wants Kate away from Sonny but since Kate wont break up with him, her plan is to get Sonny to dump her. It looks like she wants to use Johnny to make that happen and I guessing she will start having sex wtih him and probably set it up so that Sonny catches them and dumps Kate

So once again a woman exists solely for who she will have sex with and this is supposed to be crazy sexy hotness. I guess she will be pregnant and we won't know who the father is.

Maybe, but some child actors can pull it off. When Robyn Richards' Maxie found out that BJ was dead, she did a VERY good job of crying and displaying grief, considering how young she was.

Omg. I was just watching GH and saw that opening. WTF is that?? Are they serious with that music? And it goes straight to commercial break now?

I still think we'll get the full version sometimes--but I hate the cut to commercial too. I noticed they do cut right to credits at the end now.

Now it sounds like someone banging on a trash can and the CGI is sped up. Someone find it on YT please. I've looked all over there and don't see it. But, I know it is on there cause someone was posting comments about it.

It seems like something thrown together because the old song was down due to music rights. It also makes the intro look even more like a Cinemax show.

I'd still take it over that awful bleating.

LOL I guess we can blame Valentini for OLTL's dreadful opening. Even when Frons made all three soaps get uniform visuals, I thought the other soaps managed something that was mostly good. Then when AMC and GH got their new opens I was still impressed, yet we got nothing for GH. This new theme is terribly generic and also the visuals go by too fast. I don't mind them cutting up what cast members are featured, but overall that is a massive failure...

Copyright issues? The old theme wasnt an ABC original?
