-When it said drops everything I thought it meant his clothing....lol. It looks like Chandler would rather be eating his salad from Subway instead of being in that bus...lol. I bet he does look younger in person. On screen he already looks young. LOL at his scruff comment....he still looks so twinkish even with the scruff..lol

Week of Feb 27th

The week begins with Sami interrupting Will talking to Marlena about him possibly being gay.

Sami accuses her mother of telling Rafe about her cheating.

Will confides in Sonny that he told his grandmother that he kissed a guy.

On Wednesday Sami tries to apologize to Will and he almost starts to confide in her.

Kate tells Sami there's a mole at CW and that shakes Sami up enough for her to call Lucas.

Ian tells Kate Sami is the mole and then he has strange encounter with Will.

OK that AMC fave quote sounds exactly like MEK's interview from last Fall's special AMC magazine... hrmmm

Sorry--threadjack. And yes if that's Sonny's new cafe it looks--well ugly and not something that a young person would open up, but...

This probably should go in the DAYS thread, but I've been casually viewi8ng, mainly to see how this story plays out--besides some annoyance that it seems to only get featured once a week (I guess that's going to change) two or so weeks back didn't Will agree to go to some gay guys' party? And then did I miss the episode where they showed or even mentioned the party again?

Eric.......The gay guys party wasn't mentioned again. it is a shame they didnt follow up with that scene. Gay storylines get that kind of treatment. We are to assume he had a ball with Sonny and his gay friends.

That's particularly lame/lazy since wouldn't Will in his current situation either be uncomfortable or have some revelation or both at this largely (I assume) gay party? Maybe it was where this much talked about "drunk gay kissy Will" first emerged (god it sounds like he's got a multiple personalities story...)

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
    • It’s not about a lack of faith and trust in MVJ, it’s about a a lack of faith and trust in Ron Carlivati, who I think can be very sneaky and manipulative when he wants to be.  And, all that “He’s just a breakdown writer” talk never changed my mind about anything, because at Days, it was “just a breakdown writer” that gave us some of the worst episodes I’ve ever seen.
