Figures..he is a celebrity and has a famous brother....had it been your average joe...I am positive he'd be in jail right now serving a big prison term.

Nah, not for what he was caught with. It would not have led to big jail time.

I don't think he's much of a celebrity either - other than his OLTL role he's never been in major roles, beyond guest shots.

Plus he did his court mandated work so the charge was expunged

For some reason, I've been thinking about Barbara Rucker, who portrayed Ginny on "Texas." She was one of my favorite actresses on the show. I figured I'd Google her and found that she's now a Mary Kay Cosmetics representative and still acts down in the Nashville area. Here's a link to a recent pic of her.
