It's an interesting dynamic. There are fewer roles for black women than for white women in both daytime and primetime, yet primetime offers more opportunities for recurring roles and guest spots. When looking to cast a black female, there is a smaller, more focused pool of black actresses that will probably get seen.

Daytime does a horrible job with roles for non white females.

Sherri Saum has done pretty well for herself since leaving OLTL. She's one of those HITG actresses who just keeps popping up.

I have NOTHING against JB but I'll admit that I'm continually surprised at the amount of work he's gotten since leaving AMC.

He was on the SMG show Ringer and was really good.

I'll probably start watching Grey's again then. I like JB. Well, I liked him alot on AMC. But, everything else he was in just didn't appeal to me. Not his fault though. So, I'm glad he got a role in something I enjoy.

He has that likeable, bland quality that gets a lot of work. I thought the same would have been true for John Driscoll but that never happened.

Agnes Bruckner aka ex-Bridget, B&B. According to her IMDB page she will be appearing in 3 upcoming films. Too bad they aged Bridget so much bc I would welcome her back. She kinda grew up to look like Erin Torpey
