We better enjoy her while we can't. No way she's re-signing that contract.

She definitely has the potential to ditch after an initial contract signing, and transition into primetime/film work.

I would be sad, but I’d understand. She’s a rare find.

I agree; it would be a sad loss to the show, but ultimately it would be her choice and I would not blame her for seeking those other opportunities in the same way others have done before her.

Debbi Morgan (Angie, AMC) is playing such a ratchet character on Tyler Perry's Beauty and Black on Netflix. It is absolutely hilarious and a mess, but she is good at it.

Pine Valley's own Sarah Michelle Gellar has a surreal, fun surprise cameo as her (dead) character from the original film in the new I Know What You Did Last Summer.

That it was. She should have never died.

No doubt.

Pluto TV recently launched a Law & Order channel where they play episodes of the original series from the 90s. It’s amazing to see the old school soap actors from back in the day who appeared on the show. So many familiar faces. What’s funny is seeing the actors showing up and playing different characters in multiple episodes. I’ve already seen two episodes with Michael Zaslow and I’m genuinely grateful that I got a chance to see him on my screen again.

The trailer for the movie IT: Welcome to Derry briefly shows Kimberly Guerrero who portrayed Simone Bordeau on As The World Turns in one of her very first screen credits. The flash of her onscreen was a few seconds but somehow, my eagle-eye recognized her immediately.

Yeah, although as of now, only seasons 5 through 14 are shown. I say this because I remember the late Benjamin Hendrickson in a Season 2 episode, "Wages of Love", the franchise's take on the Betty Broderick case, playing a defense lawyer for a character named Doug Phillips, played by none other than Angela Lansbury's nephew, David Lansbury (who also was once married to Ally Sheedy. Small world!).
