It's interesting, about JJLucky, because, in many ways, all the hype over him years ago signaled the worst of Guza's excess. His verbal abuse of Laura, and making Liz's rape all about Lucky and Lucky's pain. I think people just loved it at the time because that type of misogynistic melodrama hadn't overtaken the entire show.

I'm unspoiled, so I have absolutely no clue what Jax's plans are when it comes to Sonny. I don't get why he'd go through all of that disappearance crap only to spring back up weeks later. He could've just laid low right there in town. No matter what, I guess it's too much to hope that Sonny got substantially hit -- if he even got hit at all.

They were written off because JJ & Kim "wanted out"

JJ in an interview didn't want to go & tried to compromise but they wouldn't give him less airtime he asked to be backburnered because his storylines were too dark/heavy he wanted more joy in his stories also he was made promises that weren't delivered. How many original old school GH characters are left (that they will write for)? GH has been gutted so thoroughly I can't help but think that the powers set this up they did everything to turn GH fans away. I'm not surprised its being just a showcase for OLTL fans. According to rumors, Kim has wanted to leave for a very long time she wants to get into her directing.

Kimberly clearly wanted out. JJ just wanted a lighter workload so he wanted to stay but they didn't want him to or at least not to the point of negotiating. To me it was an easy way of getting rid of a character they just didn't want to write for anymore without firing him, no different IMO than Ingo. Tyler, or Stuart Damon being shown the door.

I don't think Ron is interested in establishing any type of community feel on GH. He didn't on OLTL and the only reason there was still a sense of community was because Viki was still around and still relevant. AMC has been the only show that was able to accomplish that and DOOL to me never really lost it.

The so called reveals did nothing for me. The writing was bad, the acting was meh. And where was Robin? I fastforwarded through the rest of JaSam, and Patrick Liz scenes

I enjoyed Luke/Alexis. Though I think they should have cut the joke about car accidents.

Ewen needs to start being badass. I want him to start killing people. Starting with the big boobie lady

LOL. Today was average. And I can say that because I've watched GH full time since 2002!

I'm glad Jax is the one who shot Sonny (at least, that's how it seemed to me judging by the final scenes), at least it wasn't a random mobster or someone we will never hear from or see again. I'd like Jax to interact with the entire cast again, in some ways I've always enjoyed his rivalry with Sonny.

Liked the Liz/Patrick scenes. Hated Ewen/Cass scenes. Hope Sam's baby is Franco's. I was pretty annoyed by Maxie and Matt, it seems like their relationship is going no way, it's completely stalled. Either that or I could care less about the two anymore.

I thought the Liz/Patrick scenes were really strong.

Also loved the Lulu/Ethan scenes, I really like when they interact. Lulu seemed perfectly fine drinking today, I'm confused still because it really seemed like the show was going the alcoholic route with her.

I'm going to say this again, what in the HELL happened to Tracy?! She was abducted LAST WEDNESDAY & we have yet to see what happened after!

I did not care about the Cassandra/Ewen scenes Boring. Why should I care about them? And Helena just sitting in the back staring at them is so stupid. DO something with her!

Sam was acting like if the baby was Franco's she would get an abortion. Good scenes w/her & Jason today but I really hope that's not the road they go down with this.

Watching GH as my soap fix now that One Life is over. I was pretty bored lol but will keep watching so I can gave a feel for what going on when the OLTL peeps come.
