October 25, 201114 yr Author Member Thank you! So, Cavallari is the one who gave a death stare? I was talking about Chenoweth in my previous posts. Yea that was in last weeks episode I think.
October 25, 201114 yr Member So what is the deal with Rob Kardasian, I'm gathering that people are always dogging him for not being a man? And furthermore, why does he seem to put up with it? Maybe I've just sort of answered my own question, lol, but it's annoying to witness. I'm not sure but I like him. He tries really hard.
October 25, 201114 yr Member I'm not sure but I like him. He tries really hard. He mostly stomps around and his family goes on Twitter and boos when the judges complain. He also spread rumors about some of the other couples.
October 25, 201114 yr Member Ha great to see her! Kinda a boring show--I expected more interesting Broadway song choices but I guess they wanted to basically go with well known stuff (but even though Walk Like a Man is from jukebox musical Jersey Boys, it doesn't count as a Broadway song to me). And the group number was kinda a disaster. Nice to see Kristen Cheno there though she didn't sound at her best and the pseudo Fosse choreography for her number was a mess (which I feel bad about as Broadway dancer Tyler Hanes who I really love apparently co choreographed it--and was one of the non DWTS dancers).
October 25, 201114 yr Member I was so glad to hear a song from RENT included. It's my favorite musical.
October 25, 201114 yr Member I like Rent (just not the awful film) but I admit I'm a bit sick of that song always being the one performed from it lol.
October 25, 201114 yr Member Ive been meaning to say but I noticed that this season, Brooke has been announcing herself with the last name Charvett. Did she finally get married over the hiatus? I used to find Rob to be cute but Im findnig him a bit gross here. He isnt doing anything for me I am glad that they brought back the group dance. I always used to love those and hated when they did away with it last season. With that said, I wasnt all that entertained by this one DWTS needs to stop doing gimmicks and theme weeks. This isnt America Idol. Just stick with the straight dancing
October 25, 201114 yr Author Member Ive been meaning to say but I noticed that this season, Brooke has been announcing herself with the last name Charvett. Did she finally get married over the hiatus? Yea she and David got married in August. http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20513593,00.html
October 26, 201114 yr Author Member Wow Chaz sent home. I thought it would be Hope. Love how they showed the judges faces when Maks said it was his show.
October 26, 201114 yr Member Carson should have outlasted him. It was time. More than past time. And it seems like he and Lacey are leaving with regrets. The show should have let them go sooner. Maks got so much attention and that means votes. Usually that means they will go next week.
October 26, 201114 yr Member Wow Chaz sent home. I thought it would be Hope. Love how they showed the judges faces when Maks said it was his show. I am so glad Chaz is gone. [Chaz] doesn't dance very well at all. Most other contestants that need to lose weight, do lose weight. This is supposed to be Dancing with the Stars. Because Cher is a star does not make her offspring a star!! They also had a few paragraphs on the Len/Max tiff: ABC News has a piece about who went home last night. They also had a few paragraphs on the Len/Max tiff: Judges’ blunt reviews of performances last night caused emotions to run high, and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Solo’s pro partner, vented his frustration by engaging in a war of words with the judges. After a particularly frank critique of Solo’s performance from head judge Led Goodman, Chmerkovskiy protested, saying the audience would react well to the dance pair’s journey. Goodman started to reply, saying that he’d been in the business for 50 years, when Chmerkovskiy cut him off with a terse: “Maybe it’s time to get out.” Judge Carrie Ann Inaba didn’t appreciate the comment: “Don’t be disrespectful like that,” she told Chmerkovskiy. In a backstage interview with co-host Brooke Burke Charvet, Chmerkovskiy explained that he was frustrated because he believed judges were assessing scores inconsistently, awarding points to some stars for effort and to others for performance. And then, he added this: “With all due respect, this is my show. I helped make it what it is.” Tonight, viewers got to see the judges’ reactions to those comments. “Did he just say this was his show?” Inaba asked. Goodman and judge Bruno Tonioli seemed taken aback. Tonight Charvet asked Chmerkovskiy if the judges weren’t entitled to their opinions. “Of course. So are we,” he said, but added that he wanted to apologize if the comment he made about the show being his was in some way misinterpreted. “It’s not my show. I’m part of a very large cast,” he said, adding that he was proud to be among them. Public reaction to the ballroom dustup appears to have come down evenly on both sides. Some fans who weighed in online said Chmerkovskiy’s gripe was legitimate and the judging was inconsistent, while others said they thought he was arrogant and disrespectful to a judge who was merely rendering a professional evaluation.
October 26, 201114 yr Member Did you just call Chaz, 'IT'? That's really rude and insensitive. I'm not going to get into an argument here, but at least be respectful and look within before you judge others.
