In fact, I liked her more than SJB, but I can recognize the greatness of SJB's Carly. I think TB was perfect for Carly in that moment. Good romantic chemistry with MB, slightly less volatile, great at emotional scenes, an ease with her most important co stars, etc. Could I see her playing Carly now? Not really. Speaking of that, Carly Tenny and SJB's Carly Roberts had alot of storyline parallels. Child passed between multiple baby daddies while truly in love woth one guy. Kim's story was poorly done. she was never used as the villain she could've been. I would've rather seen her break up Sonny and Carly's marriage than Nina, had she been written more similar to the character she played as Carly.
