I think Robin should relax, LOL. Just because she hasn't been asked doesn't mean squat. They are still clearly signing current stars. I think she's an important part of the show and SHOULD be asked, she would sign instantly, but I think PP and Valentini probably know that so they're focusing on the current actors they want to keep. I think she's jumping the gun a bit thinking she won't ever be a part of it. From what I understand, ABC would have loved Dorian, Bo, Nora, among others, gone a long time ago. Which doesn't surprise me because Bo and Nora are only used to fulfill their episode guarantees. And I think Valentini, Carlivati and PP would appreciate them more.

So SUsan lucci brokered a deal for herself and for 2 soap operas? She should be the one running Prospect Park. LMAO that drop is funny as hell.

I could see SL doing some sort of makeover kind of show. Trying to think of something she would really add value and excel at when it comes to reality shows and thats the one thing that stands out. Makeover/self promotion

And no offense but why on earth would Bravo air the shows at the same time? That just makes zero sense. I could see repeats airing during the same times but why not around the dinner hour when the novellas air.

Once upon a time, Bravo aired same-day repeats of The View, I believe @5pm. Didn't last long, but I agree that a later time slot would be better for attracting a larger audience. Or, 1-3pm, then late night repeats. If this at all true, you know Bravo won't be giving up any of their prime real estate for the soaps unless they prove themselves.

Lucci would be good for a show like the one Joan Collins did in the UK, making over dowdy folks in a world that's given up on glam. Thing is, Lucci is incredibly nice in front of the camera and the biting wit of a Joan, Collins or Rivers, is usually what sells a program like that.

It would make sense to air them at 1 and 2, just for the simple fact that viewers know that those shows have that timeslot. However, I agree later airings could be better, though even half of the audience they would have gotten on ABC would probably be welcome by Bravo.

And yep, it was A&E who aired The View reruns.
