Members Eric83
So because Susan said no they should abandon AMC? She is totally ridiculous asking for more money and fewer hours. SMH.

Members dragonflies
No she's not, you go girl! She IS AMC, there is no AMC without her, looks like PP feels the same.
Members John
That was Susan's first offer and she said no Im sure PP will offer her something new soon
Members marceline
Yeah. I suspect this news was leaked in order to put a little pressure on her.
Members JaneAusten
Susan has a right to do whatever she wants to do she doesn't need AMC. Well it saddens me because it appears as if PP feels without her they won't succeed considering none of the other actors have been approached yet and personally I think thats nonsense. Members DRW50
I have a hard time imagining her "gouging" PP. I can see her saying I've done this for most of my life, I want a break, here's my offer, and they decided it wasn't going to work out. But the image of her making big demands I can't buy. I'm certainly glad that PP sees KDP and Erika Slezak as important, but Michael Easton has been an albatross to OLTL for years. Didn't he want to retire to work on his graphic novel? When is that going to happen? How many more times do we need to see the pink eye stares and monotonous half-delivery of lines, gum-smacking and of course the generic "snark" with every male character? Tomas is pointless. He, like all of Tea's relatives aside from Dani, just is not believable with her, IMO, and he's just the latest of Blair's men who lies and cheats and goes around shooting or threatening people. Members Kylie
I hope she said no. I want Erica done. I want this madness to stop. I do NOT want to watch the Jack and Erica dance for the rest of AMC's eternity. So yeah, I'm HAPPY.
Members dragonflies
It won't succeed without her, I truly believe that, always have. I'm glad someone else in charge realizes it too. LB & AN need their asses kicked for screwing people on the ending
Members skiman12082004
I am incredibly disappointed by this development with Susan Lucci turning down the PP offer. This really sucks. I was so hoping she was going to be a part of the online venture. I hope something can be worked out. Also, it's bad enough we have to wait 4 months to get a new AMC episode but putting the show on the backburner would be a terrible idea. I think that will totally hurt the show. Members JaneAusten
They could use her sparingly like they could have used Joe, Ruth, Adam and brought her in as needed. I don't think you need erica on AMC to drive FB story anymore. BUt I think she should be around.
Members Eric83
I don't really care if they drop plans for AMC, I just don't see why she deserves more money when she is working less.
Members marceline
The only thing that upsets me about this news is that it appears PP is doubling down on the Frons faves. This doesn't bode well.
Members JaneAusten
How about they entice David Canary to return in some capacity maybe not for the long haul. There are other strong presences on AMC and this could be a chance to sort of reboot the show. If all these think is AMC in its current incarnation with no change then Erica or not I want it gone. I am glad I am not attached to OLTL at all be cause John McBain and the pointless Tomas being the first men they sign before Robert Woods or even RH is ridiculous. Members DRW50
I think AMC could have some future without Erica but it's too bad they have so rotted away the show's foundation in the last 15 years. I don't know what Pine Valley now means. Not with "stars" like Rylee.
