Yep. He was on July -Sept 2004. December 2004 (Dorian & David planted pics that looked like Viki was sleeping with Mark. Loved the scene at the Palace where Mark told Dorian & David he was gay. They egg on their faces, lol) and then March 2005-June 2005

He was supposed to be on more. Malone was gonna tie him into the story with Marcie's brother, Eric but Malone getting fired changed that

Frons actually told Higley she could just drop the Killing Club angle

But Higley who realized the Book was coming out decided to capitalize on that by writng the Killing Club murders arc.

Erika Slezak's new Christmas message is up on her website. There is also a "christmas picture" but it's a photo from when she first started on the Prospect Park era. She's done some voice over work and she's auditioning for other things but nothing's come up yet. I hope she get on something. i know she wants to be back in the theater but i'm kind of hoping she'll do something else on television.

I think she would be good as a Jessica Fletcher type for a Murder She Wrote. I know they planned on doing one eariler in the year or last year with a young black girl but i guess it never got off the ground. Probably because angela Lansbury said she didn't think it should be called "Murder She Wrote." I think Erika would be perfect for a role like that.

As long as she doesn't play his grandmother. She could be an aunt or something. I beleive Erika watches the show anyway, so she might jump at the chance.

Since playing Erica Kane, Susan Lucci's been on other things. She played a version of herself on Hot in Cleveland a couple of times and now she's on that Devious maids. If she can do it, Erika could totally do it.

We've seen her play at least 9 different characters while in One Life. Besides Viki and her six other personalities, she played Ginny, she played Viki playing a (i think British) nurse when she rescued Tina in 88. She played that germen maid and her alternate personality in Roxy's dream at the end. And she's done a kind of southern accent a few times. Once back in the 80's when she and Clint were rescuing Becky Lee and then decades later when they first showed her in Paris Texas as a waitress. LOL that time it didn't stick and she just dropped it quickly.

I see Cynthia Sikes (St. Elsewhere) and Deborah Hobart (ex-Dana the boring ballerina, ATWT, and terrific as Amy Holloway on AW) in those ads. And a promo for King's Crossing I'd never seen. Weird seeing Linda Hamilton and Michael Zaslow together. I guess at least OLTL viewers were familiar with him when he arrived a few years later...

The Ted material continues to be odd and campy, and not all that enthralling, but Karen's feral response to that wooden Steve at the end really gets to you. Wonderful work from Judith Light. I also loved her line "are you allergic to the smell of death?"

Poor Edwina. Such a sensitive soul. Margaret Klenck makes you feel for her. No other soaps had characters quite like Edwina.

Brad perving over an 18 or 19 year old girl is one of those things that reminds you of the era this was in. So does all the focus on the health club and people needing to go to the health club (nice to see Stephen Schnetzer in shorts though). I like Cassie more here than later on when she was written as a victim.

Really enjoyed everything with Dorian, between the banter with Herb (Herb will always be my choice for Dorian's soulmate) and her vendetta against Pat. How long that the new co-host, Pamela, stay around? I liked her. Was she there as a Carla replacement?

    • I'm curious the motivation for keeping Bela on beyond the circus story arc.  Did he play a character like his character on EON, or was he more of a good guy? I know he ended up with Sunny at the end of the series, but I always thought that Sunny/Hogan could have been revived once the lack of chemistry between him and the NuLiza became apparent.   Actually... the NuLiza (Louan Gideon) reminded me more of Sunny than she did Liza as played by Sherry... and she just threw off the whole vibe of the show. I see Estelle has just arrived in the late October 1985 episodes, which only means that Wendy and Stephanie are soon on their way out.   It also appears that the Sarah/Quinn/Wendy triangle was set up by Mayer.. and it looks as though Tomlin is going to deactivate it by the introduction of Colleen Dion's character.   I don't understand why no one on the show thought to look at Quinn and realize that he was the problem and write him out.

    • I kind of assume they're toning down Rachel's bad seed tendencies a bit to make it less obvious if they're going for her as the shooter. At least that's what I hope they're doing - I've really enjoyed Rachel being a bratty evil DiMera princess and Marlena finally getting a grandchild she deserves.

. This show is so stupid. Sonny killed an FBI agent less than a year ago by shooting him at point blank range. But the new short bald man is much much worse cause he was a bad guy in some part of Africa and managed to not kill Lucky, Isaiah, Jason, or Anna. This show is crippled by the mob all these years after Guza has been long gone.    Laura is literally saying oooo but Sonny is a good mobster for Port Charles. Give me a [!@#$%^&*].ing break. Sometimes I don’t know why I watch this joke of a show.
    • With all the changes Sunny was one of the longest running characters by that time.  She had never been married and had heaps of story potential. I can see America getting with SFT -you know 'the circus soap'. Smart move because circuses were all the rage with the kids in the 80's. Maybe Stu and Jo could have bought the circus.
    • It is actually pathetic, that Victor’s 50 year old children are still written as scared of this man that has to sit in every scene. I get it, EB has been on the show for almost 50 years, but I don’t care. He’s a man in his 80’s and should not be the damn lead and driving force because you don’t want to upset Eric Braeden ‘s fragile ego that only exists because the writers have cowtowed to this man for so long.
    • PREACH Victor being written as he was 20 years ago to support EB's ego or some misguided belief that what worked decades ago is still relevant is destroying the show. Victor comes off as a rambling old fool holding on to vendettas and a desperate need for perceived power. His children still cow-towing to him makes them look equally foolish. If the writing portrayed Victor as  more of an irritant to them then maybe it would work.
    • They desperately need another meeting spot that isn’t Orphy Genes or the Country club. Y&R is awful now but there’s at least GCAC, Crimson Lights, Society, and the Jazz room at GCAC to meet at. 4 places is definitely better than 2 and I can’t imagine these rich folks literally only eat at their damn country club.
    • I support all of this. 80 year old Victor reading lines off the table or teleprompter until it’s time to yell at someone and still being the main man driving story on the show is absolutely ridiculous to me and one of the biggest issues with the show. I respect Braeden for wanting to keep working in his old age is great and all, but WHY IS HE THE LEAD?
