Broderick will have tpo work overtime trying to resolve the current plots. Thats why I think the finale will be a wedding. Most likely a double with Jack/Erica and Greenlee/Ryan. Wedding is an easy excuse to bring back people from the past without having to come up with a story to write them back in. She hasn't wanted to return in the past, but I think this is a different circumstance. This is the show that started her long, successful daytime career. Once June-July came around last year, I knew all hope was lost for ATWT bringing back the right people. To be honest, I can't even come up with a coherent list of all I want back. NO. WAY. Maybe, Mona would have gone away with Erica long enough for her to have the child, then either return and make everyone think it was hers in order to protect Erica, or just have stayed away altogether. And maybe Charles Tyler would've helped her cover up the circumstances surrounding Kendall's conception and birth b/c the truth would've devastated her and Erica. But the minute Phoebe, who was long jealous of Charles and Mona's friendship, got wind of anything suspicious about "that Kane woman," she would've nailed her with it. I hope I'm wrong. I agree, Mona would not have given up the baby. However, this is one retcon I never used to mind. And that was because of how fierce SMG was in the role...There have certainly been times during AM's portrayal that I felt differently, though. Watching that girl so tortured on the show right now, I hope she gets to see her moher before it ends. I wouldn't be sad if they outed Tom Degnan as Joey so Nathan Fillion could come back. You know he'd do it, too. I know. I don't want to see Tom out of work. I TRULY like him. But I feel as if Nathan should be here for this. NathanJoey and Dorian riding off into the sunset together? Maybe after OLTL ends, Nathan will get Robin Strasser a job on Castle as an old friend of his mom's or something. Or maybe even a witty detective? They have killer chem. Members Khan Posted April 17, 2011 Members Share Posted April 17, 2011 In a perfect world (and based on current stories): ~ Carol Burnett (not as Verla Grubbs, but maybe as someone who interacts w/ Erica for what will be AMC's final scene) ~ Robin Christopher (as Skye Chandler, who puts stops to both Caleb and Colby (or more appropriately, her blog), but on the promise that Adam appoints her as Chandler's CEO, thus setting the stage for a major power struggle between her and JR) ~ Kim Delaney (as Jenny Gardner Nelson, visiting Tad in the afterlife as he hovers between life and death after a massive heart attack; and later, as a lookalike who Greg bumps into at the airport on his way out of town) ~ Laurence Lau (as Greg Nelson, to help heal the wounds between Jesse and Angie after the inevitable baby switch reveal) ~ Dorothy Lyman (in a brief cameo, as another character who interacts w/ Jill Larson's Opal) ~ Ray MacDonnell (as Dr. Joe Martin, with the announcement that he's returning to work @ Pine Valley Hospital) ~ Cady McClain (as Dixie Cooney, who also visits Tad in the afterlife, and helps him see that he's ready to love again w/ Cara) and ~ Gil Rogers (as Ray Gardner, for one last father-and-son showdown w/ Tad, who learns that forgiving him is the only way to put this demon to rest) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
