Anthony laugh.gif Omg I just love this crazy old coot. I think he's a pleasure to have back! How did he get out of jail?? LOL

Johnny Skidmarks & Lulu wub.gifwub.gif I will never stop hoping. The more scenes GH gives them, the more it seems like they are testing the waters with them again. I would not mind one bit. Lulu is the only person I've liked Johnny with (besides Carly, which never went anywhere). I say it every time but I LOVED these two in Summer 2008. One of the best GH runaway love stories

I'm sick of the borg and his depressing, woe is me and Bambi look/attitude. Sam came in as happy as can be about possibly being able to carry a baby and Jason looked at her with that debbie downer look. He is SUCH a buzz kill. Nothing new but it's so annoying! And it's always about Michael! Let his punk ass grow up on his own & face his own problems for once!!

Everything on this show right now is about Michael, AKA the Big Bad Bambi Wolf, yet again! Everyone talks about him! He is the most distressing character to watch. CD is a good actor but Michael is just a mopey, depressing, Eeyore clone these days & he's just not appealing to watch in the slightest.

Did Maya die?

wub.gif So I'm not alone wub.gif

Thanks SoapBoy, I missed why she's been absent for so long lately. I miss her....HATE Ethan/Kristina getting closer in the mean time. I just can't get behind them. I'd rather the show have went forward with Kristina & Taylor...that guy was just fine and the two of them had a lot chem. Instead, if I remember correctly, just the other day the show made up some lame reason for him not able to go to the prom with her, so she asked Ethan (a grown ass man) to go with her instead rolleyes.gif Whatever

Michael should go back to jail. He belongs there. He gets into fights and wants to be in the mob, but he is too much of a whiny jackass for any mob guy to take seriously. He has also become a screen hog on this show and sending him to jail again would get him out of the way.

Also, I loved the Sonny-Kristina scene today.

This show has plum turned back into The Michael Hour. An hour that I do NOT want to suffer through again!! It was at least a little interesting back when Drew was in the role. Bambi sure was heading in that new direction GH yapped about last year after he got out of prison (and it was actually refreshing), but now he's just reverting back to the way he used to be...a miserable & incredibly stupid idiot. Not to mention completely uninteresting & boring to watch.

Oh and I hate how Michael always says stuff like, "Oh, you think I'm weak?" rolleyes.gif Little boy, YES you are 100% weak. You are not fooling anyone with your "I'm a big kid now" mini wannabe mobster act. You are a weak, angry, out of control baby who needs to be thrown back in Pentonville pronto..

Those Sonny/Dante scenes literally gave me deja vu, must have been an easy day on set that day for DZ & MB, as they didn't even have to practice lines...it was stuff they had to recite over and over again LAST YEAR!! "Bambi wouldn't have gone to Pentonville in the first place if you hadn't covered up Claudia's murder!!"

I can barely enjoy Liz/Lucky with Maxie gallivanting around them all of a sudden.

Chad Duell looks like a gigantic preschool boy. He is cute but has temper tantrums. You don't know if you want to pinch his cheek or spank him. There is no way this Michael would ever be taken seriously by other mobsters.

    • Right. Literally for decades, soaps mesmerized their audiences with tales of romance, family conflict, class struggles, and recognizable interpersonal-relationship sagas. We didn't need relentless, heavy violence. We didn't need clones, mad scientists, extra-terrestrials and demon possessions. We didn't need gaggles of plastic himbos and bimbos pushing beloved vets off-screen. We only needed to see people whom we cared about, and the intelligent, moving progression of their lives. Flashy sets, gaudy gimmicks, and high-falutin' hairdos be damned. The characters and the words were important.
    • Absolutely! Brad should've simply moved on from Lunacy. There's no point of freeing her, if you're not going to at least make an attempt at redemption or incorporating her into the fold. It happened with Quinn, who committed quite a few felonies before become the Forrester Matriarch.  Heck, keep Lunacy in prison and have Poppy/Finn discover that she gave birth to twins - 'Sunny' could've come on with a clean slate and still had Sheila/Finn and all the other drama. It certainly couldn't have been worse than what we've witnessed with the destruction of $B.
    • I would enjoy it if Swan popped up on BTG as an old one time friend/mentor of Anita’s for a cameo. This is just

    • I had totally forgotten that Courtney story. I see Burton was already phoning it in by that point.
    • omg I completely missed that, but now when I see it typed here in your post, it's obvious icky cringe. So now I just checked and Tomas said that -- on May 27 that he likes the author Carl Ivati.  He said it with sort of an accent, so I didn't catch the stupid joke or think about the spelling.   I remember when that aired, that I actually said to myself at the time, "I wonder if that's a Latin American author, and I will have to google him later." And now I see your post, and I see. Well that's cringe, and I feel stupid to have fallen for it.

    • There's a lot you don't need if you have the writing.  You don't even need large casts!  You could make do with a cast of 12-18 actors if the writing is there.
    • Thank you. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with sleeping around if your spouse actually knows about it. She’s just a cheating slut.
    • OMG...Robert Mandan! And Donna Mills is a child. I keep hoping for more of early Ross/Vanessa.
    • I get your point, but I also know that if the roles were reversed -- if a man were screwing around on a woman this way -- everyone would be all "All with his head!" When I say Vanessa needs therapy, I'm actually being kind, because I could begin and end with the fact that she's a cheating slut.
    • Is nobody going to mention the cringefest that is 'Carl Ivati'?
