I dont think anyone was saying anything about her looks before she decided to go overboard with her plastic surgery. People are commenting on it now bc she DID. In her case, it's people wishing she still looked natural and aged gracefully rather than piling on the nip and tuck year after year. One has to look at Zeman to assume she must be deeply insecure about herself. She was tweaking in the 80s and 90s and nobody said a word because she looked good. She only started looking bad circa 2003...the very time she was being phased out of GH.
