She may've resembled her, but she didn't have her essence, charm, or talent. I wonder what would've happened for Jack/Jenn/Peter had Reeves stuck around. They were certainly backburnered in 1996 until later in the year when Peter was written off. I think once upon a time, I saw a photo of one of the first 2 Jacks in a wedding photo with Kayla.
