Yeah, but you could feauture ANY couple to B&B's fabulous scores - but we always get "Bridge"... Barf!

Anyway: Bill's new house belongs to one of B&B's producers according to ET Canada. They said "one of the show's executive producers" which cannot be true - so whose house is it? I thought from the get-go it might be staff owned: I could picture Cindy Popp or Rhonda Friedman (to a much lesser glam extent) living there. Any ideas???

That house was recently listed for $23m, but then the listing was removed. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3600 sq. ft. on a 1.2 acre lot.

Apparently, it is on a site chosen for the first home in all of Point Dume, around 1925, so it's legendary and is one of the "most prized" residential sites in Malibu. The drive is surrounded by 80-year-old Eucalyptus trees.

Today it's estimated at $14m.

Thanks for the input. Interesting. Now I wonder whether it is still somehow on sale/rented for various productions or whether indeed someone from B&B has bought it. Rhonda Friedman or Ed Scott should be able to pull off such a purchase.
