From a writing standpoint, I think for the same reason they did with Sam. So she can have her "OMG, I did it" moment, only to be ruled not guilty later. They flipped it with Lisa by having her accused of it, only to be cleared. I suspect they will do this with everyone till they finally single out the driver.

Cheap I'm sitting here staring at your banner. I noticed it yesterday and was like "Well not all of those Q's are dead yet, why are there some live ones on there?" and kept it to myself. I legit just noticed right now that part of it is B&W (dead) and the rest are in color (alive). LOL! Very clever!! Totally wasn't paying full attention. I love (& hate) it! haha

Omg that scene with Lisa cutting Robins picture today was kinda scary! I mean what direction are they going with her exactly?? One minute it seems Johnnys onto something in getting her to move on in life, and the next it's like she's one second from going down the deep end.

I think that's part of it and also,

I get the feeling she feels like she has to "sell" whatever is going on at GH. And really it is kind of her job to do that. She's only been with the show a few years. She doesn't have the pull to say what she really feels about the state of things. Can you imagine if she were honest?

"Yeah, the show sucks right now. None of it makes the least bit of sense. I do the job because the pay me, but I can't believe anyone is dumb enough to keep watching this trash for free. Josslynn had cancer and got a transplant all in one day of taping. Of course, Bobby should be there! Her granddaughter has cancer and she's a nurse! Where the f@ck else would she be? But ABC is too cheap to pay for it, since our budget was reduced by 50%. Besides Frons says he doesn't like showing people over 50 on screen. He says it scares the younger viewers off. That's why we didn't bother to have Lady Jane show up either, when her only grandchild was on the brink of death. Plus, Ingo is probably on his way out too, so what's the point? He's pretty expensive and we all know he was never a pet. They'll probably hook me up with that Shawn dude. New actors are much cheaper. Audrey? Who is she again...? Oh, yeah, I've never even met Rachel. Who knows? The writers probably forgot all about Audrey in the rush."

I doubt anyone at ABCD is in the mood to tolerate actors being vocal about their negative feelings right now. Certainly not someone who hasn't truly paid their dues to the show.

Re: the slap scene actually Elizabeth was correct its confusing because they both hemmed and hawed re: the danger danger issue however she agreed to marry him (the 24 hr engagement) ...

then they went back and forth..however at the end it was his choice to walk away from her and Jake in his "you know what we got to do speech" because of danger at the court house..Elizabeth' main concern early on was just not disrupting his life and she said so he asked her to marry him three times. They shifted the storyline then amped up the choice of her choosing safety (Lucky) or danger (Jason especially during the first NS miniseries) in fact that was the theme of the storyline / promos for awhile. I don't recall her asking him to leave the mob.

Sorry to see the little fella killed off but I expected it so I'm not surprised.

I just think its being rushed (in comparison to Robin/Patrick/Lisa which has been going since 2009 with the same old thing "no proof"

there are so many glaring beats not being played in this story and the priority of the scene / character (placement?) bothers me e.g. why didn't I see Luke comfort support his son before rushing to Carly. Monica/Bobbie/Maxi/Ethan could have added some layers to this story a lot of warm and fuzzy there.

e

Did I miss seeing IVs, monitors attached to Josselyn but Steve says she's fine now so I guess its not needed its these small fixable things that tick me off with GH

I don't watch much so maybe I missed it. But I have to say I had to laugh when I tuned in after months of not seeing a whole eppy to hear Lisa mock Robin with "you have no proof." And Robin accusing her and she was absolved from hitting Jake..it made me laugh no story movement other than Robin / Patrick reocnciling.

It is being so rushed, obviously it was created as a way to quickly write becky out but GH does not tape that far ahead and by the time they were filming this im pretty sure they knew they were keeping her, so they should have altered stuff. but this is the issue with gh, its all plot for plot for plot.

as for robin/lisa, the only thing saving it is the acting. Brianna is doing fantastic with the crap they give her even KMC is awake and acting in her scenes for once.

I wish they would do something with the character of Lisa. I have always liked her and think it's such a waste that they have her going psycho for Patrick Drake, of all people. The character of Robin is just not worth it IMO. When BBr first took over that role she has personality and drive of her own. Now she's been thrown under the bus for what?

Robin and Sonny are in the same category for me - "people" who assume they are the ones who alone should interpret what is good and bad, and who have to have other characters dumbed down just to make them look good. I hate that.

IMO Sarah Brown was the only real Carly. What we have now is a character given the name "Carly", who has no connection to the original.
