Personally, I don't think the stories are THAT similar. I can't see Matthew being the killer. At least I hope they don't go the route.

oh man, if it turns out to be Matthew and he has some lame, "You (Nate) took Dani from me, your mom took my dad from my mom, now I take something from you" motive I will be so upset. Especially seeing as how Nate didn't even like his dad. Of course what *really* will have driven Matt over the edge is Eddie revealing in the newly created flashback that he had Nora tied up and the nebulous sexual assault.

RC will likely cop out and make it some thug from Ohio who killed him for the 50 grand.

I am still hoping Nora goes on trial and Tea defends her.

Have we ever seen Nora on trial? If so, I missed it, but it sounds very intriguing seeing her in that position in the courtroom.

And bring back Judge Fitzy!

Or simply, he knew Eddie as the guy who ruined his parents' marriage?

God I love Marty. When she puckered her lips after she told Natalie she would keep her mouth shut if she got Cole out of prison. LMAO

And she swore she wouldn't tell John lol now she is going to tell Jessica.

Am i the only one who finds marty a little bit pathetic?

except he didn't. The only person that knew what Eddie did to Nora that night were Clint and Rex. The only possible motive I can see for Matthew killing Eddie is to frame it on Nate but that would be over the top and a lame route to go. I dont know but I think its a stretch with people throwing Matthew's name out there as the potential killer. I dont think he's a valid suspect at all nor do I see him being revealed as a murderer

I thought she was at first but its obvious this is a woman that isnt working with all her marbles. She's moved beyond being simply pathetic as she's now insane. There's nothing logical or rational about her. She is purely fueled by her own emotions and I actually think its made her a MUCH more interesting character. This is the best the character has ever been IMO. Marty is finally enjoyable as a loon and it suits her

How can someone who lost everything that matters to her be pathetic? Of course she's irrational, she is devastated to the point of non-recovery

Methinks Marty will go the way of Schuyler....just saying.

Y&R has the lake, OLTL has St. Annes.......

He talked directly to Eddie on the phone. It's very possible Clint told Matthew who he was in the missing period we didn't see Matthew after the accident and then he took the law into his own hands.

Don't forget OLTL also has a lake for resident crazies. I keep wondering when someone will find Stacy's corpse whilst out fishing

UGH I wish I hadn't read this, cuz I actually now am completely sold on the fact that having Matthew be the killer is PURE RC style of storytelling...
