I just rewatched August '93 and Cole is sooooo slimy for secretly dating both a mother and a daughter! Especially when kissing daughter who has not yet turned 18!

Both ladies know that Cole is spending time with another woman, and Cole has so many opportunities to say "it's your mom" or "it's Victoria" but instead he just vaguely refers to "someone else" yuck

This is definitely a man of low moral character. He gets called out on it later but not nearly enough. He basically gets a hall pass once Victoria poses for the centerfold

Bill Bell wrote mother/daughter triangles before with Liz/Jill/Stuart and Dina/Ashley/Eric. Dina/Eric was found out after the fact though.

It still amazes me how VR really did double duty having two leading roles basically with daytime and prime time….i don’t think most actors today would handle that.
