A visit to Jason's website reveals that the character Austin mentioned as possibly marrying Julie is Wilbur Austin played by Arland Schubert. I've never seen the character mentioned before, lett alone as possibly hooking up with one of the lead characters.

Retro TV needs to get vintage Days on the air as a companion to The Doctors.

Who are Sarah and Eric and Brent?

I'd love to see the Kitty story someday.

Thanks so much for finding this. Really.

Brent would be Doug Williams. In prison with Bill,he was known as Brent Douglas.

Eric Richards was a prison doctor played by John Aniston.

Kay Peters played Sarah Fredericks. Not sure who she was, maybe prison psychiatrist?

Yes, Brent is Doug and the plan he was formulating was to seduce Susan Martin for the money he had learned that she had inherited. She saw through him though and instead she paid him to seduce Julie away from Scott.

Here's the debut script of Bill Hayes, which includes Sarah, so you can read up on "Brent" and Sarah on this page: http://www.jason47.com/days/billhayesscript2.html

Thanks for leading me to that.So surprised to see the dialogue concerning homosexuality in prison. i wonder how the Bill in prison story was received. Have read that viewers dislike these kind of depressing, isolated stories.

Thanks.

I was surprised at that dialogue too. I wonder if that's the first time the word was used on a soap.

Weren't they going to do a prison rape story?

Sarah's dialogue, especially when she tells Bill there's no way to win, as he's a loser, is very sharp...it's an interesting read. I wonder how viewers felt.

Yes. There was a scene where Bill had been beaten up that would have lead to a reveal that he was raped as well, but obviously the kibosh was put on that.

I wonder how they chose who they listed as the regular cast.

So did Corinne Conley do the voice for the doll in Rudolph?

Eric and that late 90's hair...

I always look forward to updates from that channel. I thought that period of the show was fairly good so it's nice to go back and see more of it.
