When OLTL comes on the air, common sense goes right out the window.
October 14, 201015 yr Member Oh you hush now....LOL You know we're not supposed to think while watching this show. When OLTL comes on the air, common sense goes right out the window. oh and another thing, can they figure out what that place was? They keep using the terms hospital, clinic and hospice interchangeably. Im waiting for someone to say zoo next. Are you f-ing kidding me?!?! Nat and the hot cop are at the hospital to see Greg's patient and the attendant there tells them she dissapeared. They ask about her private nurse and he says she disappeared too. Did Eli kill her off screen? When the hell did Eli have time to plant tracers (whatever they are calling it) all over town to block the cops from tracing his call? I feel like I lose a brain cell for every second I watch this show Edited October 14, 201015 yr by Cheap21
October 15, 201015 yr Member Cheap, they later said she quit and left with all her patient papers and "looked really sneaky" or something... LOL so ridiculous. Agreed--when did Eli set all this up? When did he become so tech savvy that he can outsmart the specialists? I keep waiting for Mitch to show up (since this whole "story" was instigated with him threatening the Cramer women and Kelly's mom dieing, though I guess that was just yet another red herring). Oh and man Hannah must be strong. Price is a crappy actor, hot or not. Does this show go out of its way to cast black actors who aren't very good? So Hannah has a copy of Marcie's book "The Killing Club?" Interesting.... I wasn't sure if that was just a random injoke or not. Edited October 15, 201015 yr by EricMontreal22
October 15, 201015 yr Member I doubt it--they prob own the rights anyway (it was published by ABC Daytime/Hyperion). The book credits Josh Griffith with the story and Malone with the writing BTW (and it's a decent book, certainly the best, by far, soap tie in I've read--shame Higley decided to not base her subsequent story remotely on the book)
October 15, 201015 yr Member Price is a crappy actor, hot or not. Does this show go out of its way to cast black actors who aren't very good? The problem is they keep elevating minor characters to bigger roles because that's cheap and because they can use it as an easy way out. While I did appreciate seeing more of Fish, and I don't mind Price, that also gave us Ford. I'd even take Moelle 4 days a week over that family.
October 15, 201015 yr Member I forgot Moelle were even still there... Yeah that's a good point--many of these actors aren't really equuipped to play fully fleshed out (well as much as Carlivati fleshes out anyone) characters.
October 15, 201015 yr Member Thank god Moelle is never shown...Two of the most annoying characters to ever hit Llanview.

Ten bucks says Ross and Eli are Mitch's sons. ;-)
October 15, 201015 yr Member I'm just counting the days until Cole is gone! I think he's an awful actor! I won't mention his underbite and weight gain!
October 15, 201015 yr Member my god, Hannah is completely psychotic. Edited October 15, 201015 yr by Cheap21
