June 13, 201213 yr Member damnit I'm excited for this, more than I thought I would be, even watching Dallas clips on YT
June 13, 201213 yr Member I'm not surprised that nearly everyone knows about the Dallas revival. It's been VERY heavily promoted. TNT has done a tremendous job in promotion. It's a HUGE show to revive. However, once Laura Leighton was added to Melrose Place I saw much heavier press for the show and look what happened. They off her in the first 5 minutes. Still chaps my ass. However, I feel much better about the Dallas revival.
June 13, 201213 yr Member Where did you see it at Roger? Watched an advance copy. Came in great packaging that played the theme song when you opened it up. I thought it was great. There were so many terrible movie ideas over the years that I thought would end the franchise forever, but this one is respectful and true to the original. I was most concerned about "Ann" but by the end of the second episode she had won me over.

Still chaps my ass. At least they didn't get what they originally wanted, which was Heather Locklear to reprise her role and die in the first five minutes. Sydney was only after Locklear turned them down.
