I was going to start the thread last night but couldn't find the right picture to start the thread. Hopefully May will be a good month with lots of Reid.

Hopefully May will be the month that they announce Mark Collier's return as Mike so he & Katie can ride into the sunset together. I won't be happy if they decide to go the Simon route but I guess I'll tolerate it. But if Henry/Katie are endgame......NO NO NO NO NO!!!! I can't have that!

I think Mike's happy ending was done when Jack saw him on his Highway to Heaven tour of good will. I'm good with that. I'd prefer Mike and Katie reunite and have sex on the Hughes living room floor, but I'm good with what we got for Mike. At least it was Collier and not that poor, poor recast who never stood a chance.

Sad news. Soap Central is reporting that Helen Wagner has passed away.

I liked racecar Mike--first Mike from the late 1990's but no one seems to mention him. Guy was hot, good actor and, while he may not have been the biggest, he was the best.

I love this old ATWT logo and never realized how similiar the current opening is to today's title card.

Today's eppy was boring and demonstrated everything that is wrong with ATWT: Characters no one cares about; stupid plot tricks; the propping of Parker; Janet and Dusty; family all around but no feeling like anyone is connected. Must admit that I loved the Lucinda/Craig scene last week when he almost choked her to death. Normally, I am not into violence against women on soaps but, somehow, this worked. Lucinda was somewhat out of character but reminded me of early slum landlord Lucinda from the 1980's. Maybe TPTB should have been pimping Lucinda like this for the past decade because she is a pleasure to watch. Also, finally, for the first time, I lfect like Beck was Lilly. She will never be Byrne but Beck is growing on me plus she adds a bitchy edge to the character.

I can tell that DK isn't putting much into the show these days because the tone of the show is all Pissy. While he is far from a great scribe, Danny seemed to pay more attention to detail and did good work with those flashback scenes.

Can't believe there are only 4.5 months left.

It was a good show but do you really want to see Carly in jail for Craig's murder??...lol
