What I dont get with Alexis is the whole issue with her car. It should have some damage and blood on it. She drove straight to the hospital and left her car in the parking lot. She was with Kristina the whole time and it was a while before she even left her side. Surely someone must have seen her car adn what happened with it. How can she disregard that? Knowing I left the evidence outside for all to see would have been enough to scare me into confessing. Did Diane or Sam even bring that part up? To lie and then have witnesses come forward and mentioning the damage and blood on her car is too much of a risk, especially considering how long it took for her to react

Why is Claire such a bad prosecutor? She gets Morgan out of school and then makes him taket he stand without notifying the parents? I'm not a lawyer, so can she do that? I don't think she can. I wish Claire was smarter but I know they have to dumb her down to make Sonny look good.

No thats illegal and Carly can sue the department. I cant beleive they had a social worker there who just went along with it without saying anything. Anytime a new witness is brought into a case, the other side must be notified. Even if its a surprise witness. Claire thought of using Morgan and within the hour he's up there. Considering he's a minor, the courts would first have to evaluate and determine if he knew anything relevant to the case BEFORE he got on the stand. His parents would have to be involved in all of this and it cant be done behind their back
