I enjoyed the premiere. Stacey being delusional enough to continue her blatant lies while throwing shade and staying on everyone's tongues is smart TV semi-villain. She definitely made a name for herself on this franchise which is something that sadly cannot be said of Keiarna... Someone online made a funny comment that Keiarna got a flute to keep her from suing Bravo for the Sesame Street character altercation (it was Sesame Street, right? I'm forgetting). Keiarna's beef with Wendy was flimsy and shot down from the get-go but I guess she will use that as her catalyst to keep the feud going. Mmkay. 

Ashley is stepping up as 1 of only 2 OG's left, to keep the story moving, the altercations entertaining, and giving everyone something to work with. And I'm glad to hear she got at least some money and is finally free to do her thing. 

While I don't mind Gizelle taking on the lead role during Karen's absense, I had to eyeroll when she was calling out Stacey for making things up, when just a short time ago, she made something out of nothing re: Chris Bassett.  Still, she managed to do a good job of rehabbing her image last season and that looks to be the case going into this year. 

So far, I am really liking both newbies, Angel and Tia. They both show legs of standing on their own eventually. We need some strong new women in this group, since we've only got 2 OG's, one from season 5, and two sophomores who are basically kinda new (though Stacey is holding up strong). 

Looking forward to seeing Monique come back, and you know what? Hell, I actually get a kick out of seeing desperate Charriissee slither her way back onto the screen. I wouldn't mind a showdown between Monique and Cha-Cha...

It was a fun RHOP opener, not dark or too mean-spirited. Stacey's delusional ass drove story and that's fine with me. It's nice that she's back with her ex-husband (a man she actually has chemistry with) but... what if he doesn't want to remarry her and just wants to 'date' her?

After that period they gave us with no housewives shows this is like my favorite time of year. And BH being back won’t be an issue for me as I have i will only be looking up Rachel Zoe scenes online.

It's been a minute since we have had so many HW shows airing at the same time. I am only disappointed that RHOM is at its reunion and that I'm extremely behind on OC (I'm on the Season 17 reunion episodes). And then MARRIED TO MEDICINE is also coming, too.

That two-month spring hiatus was tough. Last year, too. Not least because I love coming onto this thread to read everybody's comments. Fall is def my fave time of year, and a lot of the RH airing now are solid. For example, this hasn't been Miami's best season, but I still love the show and am invested.

BH is about to lose me. Kyle, Erika and Dorit have basically sewn it up between them. Manufacturing fake SLs while hiding and blackmailing each other with their secrets. The way they tried to gaslight Garcelle really bothered me. I will check out the season opener, because I'm a glutton for punishment, but RZ will no doubt be carrying the show on her back.

I'm really behind on OC, too. Like, I'm only 5 episodes into the current season. They must be at reunion by this point.

Some thoughts.

This episode was a total snooze fest. The calm after the storm? Totally F-A-K-E. And once again orchestrated by the low-grade poetess Heather, whose face gets scarier with every episode. Seriously, why do these grown women let this narcissist dictate their emotions? In the midst of a confrontation SHE INSTIGATED FOR DAYS... the audacity of this bitch to play Mother Teresa, preaching about trust and love. Give me a break! SHUT THE F-CK UP, HEATHER. I'm over you. WE ARE ALL OVER YOU. 

And can we talk about Thirsty Angie’s pathetic jab at Lisa’s son’s product? What was the point? I don’t blame Lisa for sending her people to retrieve it back. And let’s be real... your salon is dusty. So is your storyline and that's what bothers your the most.  

Another scene that screamed FAKE was the anticlimactic resolution between Lisa and Bronwyn. One minute they’re ready to tear each other apart, and the next, Bronwyn is spilling her private info and talking about her mother... like they’re besties again. Is she really that clueless to share personal details with someone who was perceived as her worst enemy five minutes ago, or is she just playing for the cameras?

All these moments of the wives fighting and then making up in a heartbeat are exactly why this whole genre is on life support. Gone are the days of real feuds that made us gasp - the days when Camille Grammer and Kyle were at each other’s throats... when Brandi Glanville and LVP’s friendship crumbled... and I'll go even higher - THE ultimate feud of all time... Jill and Bethenny’s fallout in season 3 of NY. I miss this. Today I don't even care if these bitches say they hate each-other because I know in 3 episodes they'll be crying together and saying how they are like sisters.  

Anyways... the promo for the next episode looks exciting. I CAN'T WAIT to see Mary VS Angie.

Salt Lake City:

- Faux Lorelei (Bronwyn) really shows that she's emotionally stunted as a teen... and her mother doesn't seem so bad.  Maybe Faux Lorelei should soul search and try to figure out why her mother and husband talk to her as if she's a child... because she acts like one.

- Re-watching season 1 is so eye opening because Lisa and Meredith in season 1 are almost different people to what we're seeing in season 6.

- Angie K has been trying to make a moment since season 3 as a friend of.

- Heather trying to be peacemaker at the start of the episode is due to liquid courage of her wine glass.

Lastly... I wish the show would have one or two episodes where the women don't interact with one another and we see them in their day to day.  The little snippets shown look more interesting than another rehash or made up fight for drama.

@MaximLisa/Faux Lorelei's sudden about face was all an attempt to save their jobs for season 7.

Yeah I’m completely confused how someone can come away with these scenes with Bronwyn’s mom and be on her mom’s side and think she’s not so bad. She seems like another long line of terrible housewife moms, and it’s crazy how rude she is to the daughter whose husband she’s currently living off of.
