RHOM:

Sad to see the back of that Seville trip. By contrast, the Virgin Cruise felt budget and sponsor-y. Everyone was trying to be like "Yay! Virgin Cruise 🙌 " and it was half-hearted. Also the camera was swaying all over the place and, like Adriana, I felt queasy.

Adriana being downbeat and Guerdy trying to cheer her up was sweet. I feel bad for Adriana because she and Julia really were close, and Julia pretty much ghosted her for Las Cubanas.

Having caught up with Todd Nepola's shenanigans online (where he's threatening to sue Bravo or some such nonsense), not since Jim Bellino or Joe Gorga have we seen a RH husband this threatened and insecure.

I can't believe that SLC is back next week.

I can't either but I'm ready for another choir-of-angels/crunchy-snow-underfoot intro! I have missed Mary, Angie and Bronwyn. I'm also ready for some Lisa Barlow drama.

Totally agree on all of this. The cruise was like an ad which I didn't love.  Every single lady looked AMAZING in their Spanish dresses in Seville. That was a great cast trip, and I loved how Alexia/Marysol called out Stephanie for her non-stop money/PJ talk.

Excited for SLC!!!

So far, this show is flawless.

It will be interesting to see what Karen had up her sleeve talking about Panthea with all the other women at dinner (who universally slated her behind her back)...it may have been a cunning test on Karen's part to see how quickly people would turn on her.

Nessie is fake. She just praises everyone and everything. This episode really highlighted that.

Juliet 'Bad to Paddington!' Angus arrives next week to tangle with Amanda. I expect Amanda to annihilate her. Why Juliet is on this show when it's so excellent is puzzling. It's like the producers got cold feet and thought they needed to further spice it up.

Next week we have Panthea attending a garden party at Buckingham Palace. Firstly, she's mistaken its prestige, thinking that Karen's private dinner with HRH The Princess Royal is inferior, when the Buckingham Palace Garden parties are attended by thousands of people who get maybe 10 seconds with one of the Members of the Royal Family attending. Panthea is very cringe.

With RHOM about to end in the next month and a half, I could use their mess to keep me going.

God bless you for this commentary. Same for you @Cat. Since someone wanted to be a hater to us US fans by making sure no links are available, it's the only way I have to know the fabulous going on. Though I might go diving for links sooner rather than later.

Not me watching the 4 minute tease for ROSLC season 6, and now binging season 5 in order to get the backstory.

Well Season 5 was a good season. Go 'head. Hope you like the SLC Dinner Party from Hell. ;)

Now that I have some wiggle room and working brain...been sick...I can now talk about the last few episodes of my telenovela girls!!!!

Like I wrote, we had just had the bombshell of Jody texting Larsa. And Larsa, of course, not telling Lisa, but having no problem telling EVERYONE ELSE!!! How that dinner went left quickly was crazy. Not to mention the dynamic itself. From the cast trip starting with Stephanie having drama with Julia and Alexia to it shifting to the recurring plot of Lisa vs Larsa was a thing of beauty. And then add on the drama with Adriana (was it ratchet or wretched?) and Kiki should of course be studied. And it didn't take away from the sights or great cast moments.

And it really did feel like a gang-up on Lisa. I was happy that Adriana and Guerdy had her back. I was very glad they found a nice and calm way to explain to her why she should unfollow Marcus. So it was quite telling that Larsa not only did not care, but was trying to find any way to find an issue with her. Some friend. No, ma'am.

But back to Adriana vs Kiki...how unexpected. I'm not sure if it was really miscommunication in the heat of the moment. It wouldn't be the first time for Adriana. Especially with all those languages in her head. But the following episode DID have her explain that within the episode while we were dealing with it in real time so she might actually be telling the truth. Still not a good look for me.

And then the show shifted again back to Stephanie and her jet. Just...a mess. A fun mess.

ALEXIA. Not Alexia playing a minion! lol. She didn't really do much this episode.

GUERDY. I liked that she had Lisa's back. Calming her down. Trying to get Jody to disengage from any mess with Larsa. And giving comic relief as needed.

JULIA. Lint. Even her pot stirring was dust.

STEPHANIE. She was kinda rubbing me the wrong way a little bit. Did she forget what ladies she was around? They are extra. And her storming out without Adriana was just silly and felt like she just wanted all the attention on her. I also think that I'm over the drama with her being mostly about the plane.

LARSA. GIRL, STOP. She was trying her best to stage a gang-up on Lisa. And the smoking gun with Jody's text...again it said a lot that she told everyone, but LISA what was going on. I am sure Lisa would have understood if she had told her earlier. And I can't respect her lack of empathy for Lisa during that notary mess. And then she wanted to be dismissive of Adriana, too. And once the reason for her feud with Lisa was resolved (re: Marcus), she was still trying to have a reason to fight with her. I couldn't say she wasn't working, but it was just too much.

LISA. Queen. All this mess going on and she still dealt with that notary issue. She still talked with Jody. She still 'had a little chat' with Larsa. She looked fine AF even after stumbling over a chair. She was being a boss. Again. And she held her own well...especially with the girls trying to use her connection to her phone as a liability when it was anything but. She had used her phone for things and to be close to her kids for SEASONS. That was so transparent, and she had every right to stand up for herself. And glad she did and did not back down. I also really loved she did in fact unfollow Marcus, showing that she really does value that friendship a little bit.

FOH

MARYSOL. No notes.

KIKI. I wish I could say I didn't understand why she felt a way about that word. But she had every right. I was just surprised she and Adriana got into it.

ADRIANA. All I have to say is 58 countries? Really? I'm jealous. I wish I could travel. Especially now. Oh, and I am liking how she paid Julia dust and got in the other van. I can't believe how over that friendship is.

On to the next trip...

WHITE LOTUS indeed.

Another episode. Another trip. Another sighting of bubble butts. lol. It was a fun time. What I liked about this one was all the side shade that was going on throughout. And the drama shifted right on back to Alexia vs Stephanie. I found that hilarious since the ending was Alexia praying they could all find Jesus as if she was not the one who caused the biggest blowup of this episode.

But what a blow-up it was!!!! A four-way fight between Alexia, Stephanie, Larsa, and Lisa with a tag-in by Marysol. And then Adriana and Kiki making up, too. And of course plenty of Guerdy reaction shots. It was wild!!! lol.

And I got a cruise episode to look forward to? Not to mention a new episode tonight?

Ay por favor!

ALEXIA. Well...she went to work. *shrugs* I thought it was telling (and I saw Adriana saw it, too) that she and Marysol bowed out of going to see Julia's friend. Julia...the person who has been sucking up to them all season and have their back. She and Marysol couldn't even be bothered. My bad. They could be bothered to plan a birthday surprise for a woman who they spend the episode badmouthing while everyone else was on her private jet. And we got another round of her vs Stephanie. She caught up quickly with her deflecting technique, but I still saw she ran when Stephanie started to match that energy when she was popping attitude. And I hollered that in the middle of the four-way fight, that she dropped backstory on herself. So Alexia...lol. Never change.

LARSA. She stayed with taking pop-shots at Lisa all episode. Which was great during the four-way fight. Otherwise...not a thing.

GUERDY. Her and Lisa with the comic relief was funny.

JULIA. Okay. Perhaps the REAL story is not why Julia flew all this way to see about this gay couple being godparents, but about why her immediate family have an issue with her having these kids. Just saying. Meanwhile, she is soooo blind if she does not see that Alexia and Marysol are all too willing to throw her under the bus. In the hierarchy of mean girls, she is clearly Minion Number 3. And that is when Larsa doesn't feel like being it. Wake up.

LISA. 'Take notes of your friends.' 'Noted.' hehe. Oh, Lisa. But she was giving funny moments. And yay to her officially divorced.

STEPHANIE. Well, I couldn't say she wasn't working. Look at her matching Alexia's energy. No wonder she had to run and get reinforcements. That said...still over her with her jet.

FOH

MARYSOL. Not Marysol getting offended at being called Alexia's twin! And all of this mess over toilet paper? Really? I felt they were just wanting to be mean girls at Julia's expense. Then again Julia is expendable so...

KIKI. Only in the middle of a four-way fight could she and Adriana make up.

ADRIANA. Like I said in my other review, it seem like Adriana realized how she sounded and tried to correct it quickly. Some of the other women could learn the same.

Well...back to catching up. Though I can't believe the season is about to end soon.

LOL!  I'm ready for these Salty ladies too. Hubby & I have been reliving RHOC's Vicki, Tamra, Heather, Shannon, Lizzie season (I forgot how good it was), but it'll be nice to watch some fresh new material again!
