There is a ton going on (Nicole's baby, the Pippen-Jordan break-up, Marcus coke-bumping, Lenny getting his ass dumped)! I'd give anything to watch karma smacking Lenny in the face, after he tried to lock his wife and kids out of the house so he could turn it into a love-nest for the tacky side-chick.

Lenny's mom must also be ruing her decision to welcome the trashpot with open arms -- she alienated the mother of her beloved grandchildren in favor of somebody who was clearly going to move onto bigger and better sugar daddies.

Well...and just like that...they are confirming online that they ARE filming.

And hopefully, by Thanksgiving for their Bravo event during that time, we will know for sure if everyone is on the cast again this year.

Ooooo so she does have a type. hehe

I don't see anything wrong with that. They have both been messy. Though I like one over the other.

Alexia is not about that broke-broke life and never has been. I knew she'd finagle her way back into his life -- or start dating his best friend to make him jealous! This is the high standard of Telenovelaness we expect from RHOM. I sure hope the cameras are capturing all this.

So, I came away with a somewhat different view of the episode. For the record, I'm not Team anybody, and I'm not Anti anybody either. Lesa is incredibly beautiful, fiery, and a pretty fab RH addition. But she is also jealous and controlling, and cannot admit to her BFF the real reason for her anger. She has a great deal of pride, and admitting such a thing would be an admission of weakness.

Lesa is jealous of Stanbury. For many reasons. For the fact that she's a Queen Bee of this franchise, for the fact that Ayan is now making heart-eyes at Stanbury. And she thought she could manipulate Ayan over two seasons. She didn't expect Ayan and Stanbury to hit it off. And so, she tripped over some of the groundwork she laid. Her intense laser focus on trying to outplay Stanbury alienated her from the rest of the group, who didn't want to be her proxy either. The fact is, Lesa is not warm with the other women. She tolerates them, but Ayan is (or was) her special friend. By contrast, Stanbury cultivates friendships and people around her. Lesa kind of islanded herself. I see she's tried to make an alliance with Brooks ahead of reunion, but Maleficent is going to bite her too, sooner or later.

Do I think Ayan made too big a thing over absolutely nothing? Yes. That fake boohooing was the cringiest acting I have ever seen. Ayan saw an opportunity to play victim and have her moment. But two things can be true at the same time, and maybe she was tired of Lesa, the dominant figure in their friendship, directing her on the show. They've obviously both been strategizing with regards to the other women up until this point.

Reunion will hopefully shine a light on some of these issues. Maybe I've read it all wrong, too.

For sure...she is NOT. lol. I can't believe they waited this long to get cameras rolling.

See? I believe in what you said as well. It very much gives two things can be true. I simply wished that Ayan had done her talk with Lesa one on one instead of going to her default of being a victim this season. Doesn't mean I dislike her, but I'm now indifferent to her.

But tbf my opinion is colored a bit at the moment due to my own friendship dramas which ironically has me in Ayan's position, but I've been learning to speak up more. My issue is that my delivery is VERY straightforward a la Lesa's which I've been spending the last two years lessening. And now I have to be more...well still straightforward, but softer in delivery if that makes sense.

Are they my friends or just used to a sidekick? Time will tell. Moreso cause I now move differently...a side-effect of last year's trauma.

The boat entrance. The Black AmEx. The way she could gather these hoes. The aspirational wealth and how it made me feel. And she always came across authentic. She was THE housewife.

I'm getting upset just think about it. Especially after that cute video that Guerdy posted of their friendship. Lord...let me take a breath.

Though I understand given the death of her father and the delivery of her baby early, she understandably needs the time to herself.

I really hope so.

    • Thanks @Paul Raven  They should have brought Billy back in the early '90s for more drama with Hart and Blake. Maybe Blake would have gotten involved with him to try to ruin him in Roger's eyes, but realize under his sweet nature, Billy was a player himself.

    • Watching the cult of Fetterman collapse is one of the few political bright spots for me. The best part  is watching all the people who built him up now decide they want to tear him down. I'll be fascinated to see how this ends for him. https://buckscountybeacon.com/2025/05/pennsylvanias-democratic-senator-john-fetterman-raises-alarms-with-outburst-at-meeting-with-union-officials/

    • Long ago, this Rachel fan channel uploaded a number of clips of Rachel with Felicia during the alcoholism story, and this one in particular stands out for me.

And then you have this scene, which is the dark mirror of the above, especially the final moment: By the late '80s, especially after Wallingford's death, those times were gone, and Donna Swajeski added further misery to Felicia with the Gold Street backstory. Luckily, after a bit of time the show found a good framing for this new twist on Felicia. The stories with finding and losing a love from her past, learning that a woman she hated was the daughter she'd spent years searching for, sinking into alcoholism, they all fit into the type of material suited for the '40s and '50s screen goddesses.  When Dano tried some of this old weepy type of material when she went back to ABC, it mostly fell flat, as the atmosphere wasn't the same and her character always felt shoehorned in. It worked perfectly at this period on AW because you had Iris, you had Rachel, you had Donna - you had a number of tough-but-vulnerable women of a certain age, most of them grandmothers by this point, but still trying to find love, find themselves. This is what AW could have had earlier if they hadn't dumped Pat and Alice, but better late than never. This is an approach you saw more often on British soaps than on US soaps, which for a number of years respected women in that age group. Both UK and US soaps have done away with this, both countries having the ladies devolve into perpetual ingenues (with added doses of endlessly self-aware camp in the UK) or just being shipped off entirely.  You could even see that on AW with the treatment of Iris (shipped off, never to be mentioned again, too old to return), Donna (repeatedly humiliated and crippled), Felicia (regressed into degrading herself with married John), Rachel (mother to newborn twins, put into lengthy periods of trauma through her new relationship with Carl).
    • I'm of a certain age where I caught some of Upton's final year and it was not great but Jean Holloway was worse. All I remember is Bambi, Bambi, Bambi!
    • Yes, of course, all of those servants added to the overall picture at AW & also people had relationships with those servants! I like it when Anita asks after one of the servants at the club, how their children are doing & like that.
    • Great scenes between Marlena and EJ today. Paula and Jeanne are making EJ have more depth than Ron had during his long drawn out tenure.
    • Might as well say it, Minority opinion, granted, but I like Joss & I'm okay with this WSB story & i hope that Emma will be their next recruit & she & Joss can be partners.
