And all of a sudden, the family the show has tried to hard to segregate Lily from like they've done with so many other characters on this show i.e. Billy, Chloe) comes in for her defense and rally around her to cry and cheer her up and say, "Baby, you're gonna MAKE IT!?"

Nice to see Kristoff, Bryton, and Darius got to shoot their scenes while they had their hourlong lunch break from working the sandwich line at the TVCity Commissary.

The people in charge with every level of production of this show should hang their heads in shame, knowing that their names are attached to this garbage.

It's funny but CKLily is the main person who needs black people around just to remind the viewers that she a black character from thew Winters & Baber clan.

I really don't find the show that bad actually.

There's lots to dislike - seriously Lily's wigparade is honestly considered a serious story!? watch Brothers & Sisters where they handle cancer way better even though it's not as much centric as it should be - but I don't have a problem with the general tune. I find it interesting how basically everyone here is so riled out; I found LML's Y&R way more offensive since LML clearly hated the CHARACTERS. The current writers often seem to hate their OWN STORIES. Apart from the awful plotting and some miscast actors it is not too hard to watch because except for some stinkers I like the dialogue and think that the characters somehow behave reasonable.

I was speaking for the John Gardner version. For beginner writers. She's gotta start somewhere.

LOL! That's better!!!

Hey, maybe that's the next fan campiagn(akin to the DAYS John/Marlena bedsheets)...everyone mail Maria/Hogan/Sheffer copies of books that teach the art of fiction and writing.

Maybe she'll decide to use them for that bookstore/coffeeshop/Paris hangout Rauch has repeatedly recycled?

Or wait...maybe she'll have Amber burn them all in the fireplace?

Or hey...since she wants to prove how not-liberal she is in comparison to Lethal, maybe she can pollute the earth by putting them...

...IN THE LAKE.

This show is doing very bad things to me. While I should be happy to see all three, I find myself resenting the characters for giving Lily hope that she'll live! Give VIEWERS hope, not the character. Let Neil take Lily's hand and tell her he'll be there with her until the very end... That's the scene I want, as well as the scene where he does hold her hand until the bitter end.

I rather Neil take CKLily hands and tell her to regroup in another country. & come back as a recast.

Sheffer doesn't read fanmail unless it's written in lik m aid.

Oh it is so going to be Patty

who off's Adam.

I'm actually enjoying seeing her run around treating Emily's patients. Hopefully Emily will die really quick and Patty can play her forever.

I used to love that stuff growing up. And the edible candy stick too. :D Wait...it was edible, right?

Not only that, they refuse to think anything they're doing is bad, it's as if they live in denial about this show.

But, as much as they hate to read our posts, they're still lurking here and on other boards. rolleyes.gif

Hmmm, sometimes I think they really do know how bad they are--but are just trying to cover up with the media. I doubt they'd admit they're bad, even though one can only hope!

I thought Maria said she's not going to admit that she's terrible. It just the fans are slow that they don't understand what she trying to do for Y&R. Hogan should know he shitty but him keep getting hire might think he's doing a wonderful job.

Yes, I think that's it. Queen MAB and Crogan are doing art and the unwashed masses don't know how to see or appreciate that.

The fact that their actors have to explain their horrible writing in SEVERAL different mediums should tell them they aren't doing their job.

Or maybe they just chuckle evily in their cobwebbed corners, happy that the actors are doing their jobs for them and they don't have to worry about it.
