Members ER Tosh
I think it is Katherine's mansion . Also the Abbot mansion has been around forever.

Members FrenchFan
Katherine Chancellor's mansion has been used since late 1973 - early 1974. On DAYS, Alice and Tom's house was used in the 1st episode and it was still the same set when Frances Reid last appeared on the show for Christmas 2007. But it hadn't appeared since I think. Llanfair on OLTL must have changed since 1968 I guess but I have no idea. Just like GH's 7th floor. ATWT Nancy's house has not been seen in ages. Guest dc cubs
The Salem pier on Days has been around for over 20 years. I think Days retired Alice's living room set as Christmas this past year was at Bo and Hope's. That living room set may have been the original since Days started in 1965. Members Llantano Incorporated
Definitely Katherine's mansion on Y&R. The Llanfair set has a similar design to its older ones but it has been completely rebuilt- not redecorated. I know Gottlieb completely rebuilt it and said so in an interview in 1991 or so. The Newman Ranch is probably one of the top 5 oldest sets in daytime as well...
Members Paul Raven
Yes,the Newman Ranch dates back to 1980,with a redecoration occurring in 89.That set badly needs a makeover. The recently burnt Rawlins/Carlton house was first seen in
Members Mr. Vixen
The Quartermaines on GH...But I think that has been rebuilt a bunch of times, not just changed or updated...Liek the stairs and whatnot have been changed a LOT. Members Darn
Does it ever. I should not be able to see chipped paint on my average quality television.
Members ER Tosh
I think AMC is the one soap with a lack of old sets. Also I think Victor's office has been around for a long time.

Members Mr. Vixen
I think every set on Y&R could use a little paint and elbow grease.
Members alphanguy74
And the Newman ranch even has the leaded glass window from the Brooks house to this day, so that leaded glass window has been around since episode 1!! I understand and may forgive a little chipped paint here and there, but lately, the sets have been DIRTY... and there is NO EXCUSE for such things! Members Saving ATWT
On ATWT the Snyder kitchen has been around since the mid-1980's. Also, Susan Stewart's living room dates back to the late 1970's but they have not shown it in a few seasons. Sadly, the show only uses a few sets now but does smartly muli-purpose them. Members Sindacco
The classic Salem pier hasn't been used since 2008. The pier we are seeing in the present episodes has been used since January 2009. Alice's living room was last seen on Christmas 2008.
Members RomeAt50
I think AMC did have the original Wildwind set for a while but that has been rebuilt for HD. JHC or one of the producers of the show seems to like to pointlessly remodel and replace sets frequently. I'm still annoyed that they replaced SOS with that awful, cold and weirdly lit Confusion set.
