Lesley Anne Down has re-signed with B&B for 'one more year' according to her website. Interesting choice of words though I have a feeling they mean nothing and that LAD would happily stay with B&B for as long as they're willing to pay her.

It's interesting that she keeps signing one year contracts, this is the third one...people like Winsor Harmon sign 4 year deals without an issue.

While she certainly isn't the hit Sally Spectra was...I like LAD's Jackie. If only she was more...calculating? Devious? Chic?

I love LAD. Glad she's staying.

I love LAD but I think that they should model Jackie after Wilhelmina Slater instead of trying to turn her into Sally 2.0. Jackie should be married to Eric by now so that she would be connected to the Forresters. A fashion house with writer Jackie, Owen, Captain Nick and Dr Bridget just shows that Brad Bell has no idea what to do with this group.

Michael Logan put it best when he said Lesley Anne Down gets by on "big hair and spacey, melodramatic performances that used to pass for acting on DYNASTY." Truer words never spoken. LOL.

I think she just... Doesn't fit on this show. And needed to be written out ages ago. She can't play over-the-top, it all turns into a trainwreck and caricature whenever she attempts it.
