But remember why that was. Bierdz had given interviews saying he would be interested in returning to soaps, but only if he played a gay man. So when the rumors surfaced that P3 was coming back (his picture appeared on WLS a few weeks before his "shocking" return; and then the cat was out of the bag a week or two before), most people surmised P3 would be gay. It didn't take much to rhyme together that P3 disappeared BECAUSE he was gay.

It's just a case of too much being leaked to the press plus predictable plotting.

Well another thing was that people were predicting Mary Jane to be Patty Williams, and I didn't think the show would go for such an obscure character and go instead with either Diane Jenkins or Leanna Love. I don't know how all those spoilers about Patty, Colleen, P3 got out except for perhaps at that time TIIC had a long-term story agenda that got leaked. Or maybe they really do read forums, and with no long-time storytelling goal, picked up about two or three good ideas along with a dozen bad ones. How else do you explain the need to finally explain Cane's flashbacking to the mystery call? I can't credit MAB&Co for that.

Many of the recent spoilers such as Ryder raping Eden, Gina poisoned into insanity, Christine as Ryder and Daisy's mom etc. are certainly outrageous and are believable after so many unbelievable outrageous spoilers came true like Colleen's death. Frankly I don't know what the source of the recent "spumors" are except for disgruntled fans making BS with elements of truth mixed in.

You see, if they REALLY wanted to surprise and shock the viewer, they should have backed off on the dialogue of Patty discussing childhood things with Paul in her cell. Have the "one memory" that she spoke of in the hotel room be the only thing that Paul went by as to her actually BEING Patty. Then Have Lilibet Stern waltz in to Jack and Emily's wedding. Now THAT would be a head scratcher, wouldn't it? But they never steal MY ideas, only the bad ones that everybody else comes up with when theyr'e being snarky and sarcastic.

Yes, it would. Because, if Patty Jane isn't really Patty Jane, then who is she? And why does she feel compelled to assume not just Patty's identity, but Emily's as well?

I wanted Patty to return, but not as some psychotic chess-piece of Victor's. I wanted her to come back (as Patty Williams, not as Mary Jane Benson) successful and sane - perhaps, as an unlikely third party who, in a shocking twist, winds up owning Jabot in a leveraged buyout? - and see what would happen if Peter Bergman's Jack were to come up against this "new and improved" woman from his past.

It seems like the writers have no shame. Would Jack be so hard up that he'll fall for somebody that looks like Patty or who Patty looks like. He should have stayed single & try to contact one of his sons. Maybe if he called his youngest son number Ryder would pick up. I'm just saying. They are taking ideas from us anyway.

I've come up with four scenarios of who Malcolm's mystery fiancee is:

1. Tyra. Because the TIIC just love Eva Marcille.

2. We will never see who she really is.

3. Dru. Yes Dru, either played by Rowell or recasted. After the initial shock that she is still alive, she'll quickly get into Cane and Lily propping and nothing else.

4. Olivia. Because the TIIC just remembered she's still on recurring.
