Weight gain from pregnancy wouldn't change the shape of her once prominent chin to a smaller, rounder one. As well, her eyes have either been filled with Restylane or very newly done. Her cheeks are filled, her lips are filled.

If that's Vanessa Marcil, she looks terrible and I wonder if she sin't exhibiting signs of Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

If that really is her then yikes for her face! What a shame that we even have to question that with so much uncertainty.
