I'll second that....I liked the family feel of today's show. Sometimes it's just comforting being able to recognize the characters as the characters you've known. KWIM? How freakin' classic was it of Em to start whining to Susan that she "never supports her decisions"?? Or that Margo's playing mother hen to some strange kid more than her own son? (Eddie Silva, anyone?)

I wish Riley

was interacting more with everyone around town, since he's Adam. It seems like a cheat to not have him seeing the rest of his family like Craig, Katie and Parker.

Susan Dansby did a decent job with the writing today. I am hoping but not holding my breath that

after Riley is revealed to Adam that the rest of his family will be showcased.

Congrats to her!! She is still on the show. I wonder when she leaves for maternity leave.

Maura's last tape date was May 15th. Figuring they tape 6 to 8 weeks ahead, it should be between July 1st and 15th.

And with Jack starting to figure out Carly's still drinking and Parker admitting it to him soon, it seems like the end is nigh.

Christopher Goutman directed today's trash of a show and Peter Brash wrote the awful script.

Today's show makes me truly believe that Goutman has lost all his marbles. What an atrocious show!

No, I have no knowledge of how Carly exits. As usual, it's the best kept secret in town.

I don't think anyone really could have saved the stupid Brad/V/Henry stuff, or the bland Damian/Meg/Dusty/Bonnie quad.

I will admit, I was agog at having three nearly separate stories going on in the same eppy. And I'll give TIIC some grudging respect for "Geneva's" get up. She looked less like Henry than I thought she did. Sort of like a love child of Vicki Lawrence and Henry.

And I'm ashamed to admit, I thought Kim and "Geneva's" interview was sort of funny. And I giggled at Katie's hormonal cross-examination of Brad, who dug himself a huge hole, and then practically laid down like a whipped puppy and exposed his soft underbelly for the Queen Bitch to feast on. I think it's some kind of virus from watching the B&B/TPIR crossover.
