She is just terrible, but I doubt they'll get rid of her. Clearly they have plans for Mac and unless Ashley Bashioum could return, why risk another recast? If Tammin Sursok didn't go anywhere, then you know Clemmy is here to stay. It's a shame.

Bland, lifeless..... its just hard to watch really. No emotion on her face hardly. I am not sure if that is what they were going for? She makes Rachel Kimsey look awesome.... who was also horribly miscast.

I'm still not sure why Mac was needed on the canvas, especially right now. Billy already had enough story, all her presence does is put a big neon sign over what an inconsistent characterization he has now.

Mac can have story without being involved with Billy. That's part of the reason why I'm glad

is coming back soon. IDK how much good it would do since it's only short-term, but I'm willing to see. I finally get to watch everyday now that university is out, so I'm hoping CF can improve...but idk...she's just boring.

I wish the writers would remember that. The Mac/Billy redux is a totally bad idea, and I hate that they keep forcing it.

I also can't help but think with the constant choices we see being made, that it's not something coming from Y&R (the one note yelling of Eden when she first came on--director choices, not actor choices. I liked CF in L Word and know she's got potential for a LOT more--which makes me think this is is a choice of Y&R.

And yea, as long as some others have hung on, I don't want CF going anywhere.

I think they view Mac and Billy as some use of history, and as an extension of Billy, as many of the women at the moment are just offshoots of the male characters. There's potential for Mac in other stories, if they try.

It's not necessarily about being a bad actress (maybe she is I don't know I havn't seen her anywhere else), but while I love that she internalizes most of Mac's intense emotions she also has to learn where the character sparks and spark thoose characteristics and moments up as fully necessary. She's not doing that, her scene with Billy today was bad and awkward I'm sorry to say. No director could have wanted that, that was more of the best they could get and keep it moving

She needs to be put in scene with guys that aren't Billy right now. They aren't working.

& I don't care what the Chloe haters say. I'm talking to ya'll Lamers who can get over that Chloe broke up your boring couple for a couple of months. Which to me they wasn't broken up because they still was bumping into each other & longing for one other.

I don't dislike her I'm remembering the original Mac not the 2.0 version she was somewhat "stoic"

and dramatically I can deal with this kind of character. I know people like this...

She "reminds" me more of her...I need to see some vintage clips of the original Mackenzie.

I was younger then so my perception is that of that time so I'd like to see her now...

I just want to give her more time to settle into the role

I think acting off Billy, and some of the stellar actors on the canvas will benefit her...I just

don't want to rush to judgement and be supportive and not boo her off the stage

...not saying that you don't have a legit

issue...I just want to give her more time. I like the actress (and her mom).

I do like them bringing Mac back though, I like how it shakes things up

storywise Billy is not in love with Chloe so Mac coming back only accentuates this for me...

    • I wouldn't call Tomas' cuts a modern cut. They appear to be a slim/extreme slim cut⏤cut slimmer down the sides, with a higher armhole, which pulls up/out, depending on the fit of the person's body. Again, I feel like Ms Featherstone is buying to fit the wrong parts of the body; instead of buying to fit their widest parts (shoulders), she's buying things to fit their middle/waist (which is the easiest to ultimately fix without a complete re-cut), and it shows in the finished product. And the only reason it irks me is because I worked in suit sales for nearly ten years, and I notice these things immediately. The fashion(s) on this soap are miles ahead of three of the four others (I like the fashions from Y&R), but the tailoring is a choice, especially where the men are concerned.
    • There probably would have been a good chance they knew of him, especially with his ties to Spaulding and his being involved in so much scandal (meaning there would be plenty of photos and articles around they both would have seen), but I agree the mask was silly, clearly just a TV moment.

    • I think all the suits are fit too tight, except for Jon Lindstrom's. DC lawyers/doctors are not all LA fashion elites. Yes, maybe Tomas would have a more modern cut to his suit, but an established guy like Bill wouldn't go around looking like that lonely button on his jacket was ready to explode constantly.
    • I do think there's room for optimism, especially with Amazon making enough new episodes to last until December. There's still time for the various players to get their ducks in a row. Guess we'll know soon enough!
    • I do agree it's better to just have people pop back into town. I never understood why Roger needed a mask on an island, when neither Fletcher or Alex would've known who he was. And the vine...sigh. Couldn't he have just been sent crashing through a window or something?
    • When the announcement was first made, I did wonder if other plans were in the works. I guess we can always keep hoping, especially as the show has a small core cast.
    • @chrismlAbout Lisa, agree to disagree. Actually at the time she was the only thing my partner & I disagreed about. Naturally she was Team Vicky while I was steadfast as Team Lisa.  About John & twin paternity, I think that like the 3 pillows was a transitory idea someone had that no one else agreed with. More of the attempt to accommodate Philece. About MJ, co-sign, 100% agree, if there were more degrees I would claim them. About Wally & Felicia, always a fan. Mitch? Eh, take or leave. Although I do agree that WGE is a really striking man. Who have I left out? I don't know so that's all I got.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
