Well - the pool party was fun (even if i had to watch my ex with his new boytoy of the week). Thanks for indulging me in drunk-posting MJ talk. I really like every poster on here, you're all cool.

That said "the jet" - MJ told this to Victor that she'd never been on a jet before. Even though we don't know what victor knows of this woman, I think it's safe to say he knows her identity and her past. How did she get to GC? Stagecoach? No, by VN's jet.

Today's ep was ruined cause my roomate wanted to talk about her trip to San Francisco. But it's on DVR and I'll watch it later. I hated, hated Chloe calling the shots at Lily and Cane's photo shoot. I know it's PO (popular opinion) to hate Lily and Cane, but seeing Lily have to avert dog pee and almost fall to the glee of her fiancee's ex-wife is just humiliating, and quite unbelievable. i hope the Lane haters were entertained at least.

And guys, I'm 30! It's never too late for a pool party folks. In fact, I'd party with Murph and Kay at the pool any day.

Sorry to hear that, it's never easy to be in that position.

I hate Lane and I didn't find that scene particularly funny nor did I really understand the concept. Actually, the concept did make sense (and I loved Nikki and Phyllis for their cynicism) but the execution was a huge WTF!? Normally, I would think a model should just shut up and do her job (much like an actor), but in this case, I understood her befuddlement.

IA. OTOH, this might confirm what I've suspected for quite a while; namely, that even the writers can't stand Cane & Lily!

Precisely another problem I have with MAB's writing right now. Too many f-cking mysteries, ugh.

Where is the romance? Where is the corporate intrigue? Where is a good social issue storyline?

I don't think flooding the canvas with too many mysteries is a good idea, but maybe this isn't even a mystery so...

I don't think they should've played this Mary Jane thing with Ashley's gaslighting at the same time.

I need variety...

I have noticed the mystery theme, and the mental illness theme. The show currently is loaded with unbalanced people.... Sharon, Phyllis, Patty Jane, Adam, Ashley, Kevin (what a cop out his story was eh, its clear the point of it all seems to be bringing him and Amber closer together).... she has yet to pen a compelling romance, well aside from Kay and Murphy..... but that angle is rarely played up..... Lane seems to be her idea of romance *gags*

Oh yeah, I don't really have a huge problem with it, I am just recognizing what Alvin was alluding too. Don't get me wrong, I am still very much in love with what is going on. The positives continue to outweigh the flaws in my opinion.

1.) I love that the Y&R weekly thread is over 60 pages! Clearly Y&R is THE show!

2.) Line of the week:

"Oh look, it's Genoa City's own BONNIE and CLLYYDEEE!!!!"

Jess Walton f'ing rocks. I loved how Clyde just rolled of her tongue! It was the best!
