Neil has strong romantic chemistry with Phyllis, Sharon and is the only one other than Joshua Morrow that Amelia Heinle has chemistry with. All three pairings could be dynamite, but the show doesn't value Kristoff enough to ever pursue any of them. All three would also provide fireworks if Drucilla ever returned. With Nick and Phyllis done I'd love to see them attempt it because honestly, it'll be a stretch to pair her with anyone else.

As for Eva Marcille, I don't think she's that bad, just stuck in a terrible storyline. She has shown potential to be an interesting sexy young troublemaker, but she never gets to interact with people her age. I would love to see her mixed up with the twentysomethings, but she's black and that just won't fly on MAB's Y&R. Even in the 80s and 90s Bill Bell didn't have his black characters so isolated.
