Frankly, I think we can, and should.  You said so yourself: no matter how Trump spins it, he is PISSED that the Democrats succeeded in regaining control of the House.  Not just because they'll be a check against his power, but because matters like the Mueller investigation fall squarely within their domain.

He can try to shut down Mueller, but the House will bring him in and put any subsequent hearings on TV. Say hello to 2006.

I believe all of these guys are guilty, but it's going to take someone with the resources and legal expertise of Mueller to sort them out.  The sooner the better.
