Got confirmation, so let me re-word:

Michael Logan reports in the new issue of TV Guide that Billy Miller ("ex"-Richie Novak, AMC) will be the new Billy Abbott on Y&R.

I don't know where he got time to audition if he even did (with his work on AMC it might not have been necessary), he's taping more with his character dead than with his character alive at AMC.

I am happy that Billy Miller is coming to Y&R, I think he is a pretty good actor. I can't wait to see him interacting with the rest of the cast on Y&R.

YAY! I said he'd make a great Billy when news broke he was fired. WOOHOO!!!

Also glad to see that the more talented (and pretty) actor won out (i.e. Josh Duhon not getting the role).

Billy vs. Cane will be the hotness...too bad Daniel Goddard isn't the greatest actor but it will be nice eye candy.

Is Mac coming back and aren't she and Billy Family? mean they should be sleeping together!

I was just saying to my mom the other day, "wouldn't it be funny if Billy has been living in Madison and is the one who knocked up Chloe. Too bad they don't appear to be casting anyone as Billy". Guess that's no longer the case.

If TPTB can't get David Tom Billy Miller will do.
