July 29, 200817 yr Member I didn't care for Hunter Allen personally. I hope the show doesn't have him at 20 that is to far of a gap People always seem to think that an actors age is how old they will be playing. Michael Graziadei is what late 20's and playing an early 20 something.
July 29, 200817 yr Member I can buy him as being 16...poor Hunter...that kid wasn't a bad actor, he sort of nailed the spoiled brat thang that had been written for him. MAB better not SORAS Abby....that's one soap kid that needs to be played by the same adorable little actress forever (classic Abby line: I OWN JABOT!!!!!)
July 29, 200817 yr Member They better not SORAS Blabby Abby! Or I'll start a picket line at the studio!

No matter what age the show tries to tell me someone is, my brain tends to register what I'm really seeing. That's why I said I wish they had hired an actual 16 year old for the role.
July 29, 200817 yr Member I actually think MG does look pretty young. Especially with his silly wardrobe and hair styles. lol.
July 29, 200817 yr Member Noah is born early 1997 so he should be 11 and 1/2. Now, he will be 16 I think. I don't think it is the worst case of SORAS. Joshua Morrow was hired in 1994 to play Nick who was supposed to be 5 year old !
July 29, 200817 yr Member I could really care less about the SORASing. As it was said before, this isn't the most dramatic recast. The only thing that I'm worried about is the storyline for the teens. If they try to find a new teen scene, I hope it will be interesting. All other teen storylines (mostly) delivered good stuff, and I don't want to see that ruined. Just as long as there's something interesting, I'll be fine with it. BTW, did anyone see how Kevin looked 5 years ago? Talk about drastic changes...
July 29, 200817 yr Member WHAT???? OMG, what a stupid move. This means that Cassie & Noah are the same age? If she was alive though
July 29, 200817 yr Member Exactly and I'm sorry, but I do like it when what I see on the screen actually makes some sense. Nick and Sharon do not look like they could have a 20 year old. I cannot stand Sharon, but she does not look like she could have a 25 year old daughter. Just because it's been done in other instances does not mean I have to embrace each new instance of this foolishness, especially in cases when there isn't a pressing need. This could have easily waited another two years. Except I never would have thought Stafford could play mother to Graziadei...but it totally works for me now. The actors pull it off. Was Hunter that great to the point where we need him to be casted on another soap? As far as soap children go I don't see how they can have such a huge impact on the audience. Especially when they don't drive story, have lines or aren't even apart of storylines. I thought Hunter was just terrific...one of the best kids ever on daytime IMO...but I wouldn't follow him to GH for anything :-( the actor is 19. doesnt mean Noah will be 19. I could buy this dude as a 16 yearold. That's what I bet too. I can buy him as being 16...poor Hunter...that kid wasn't a bad actor, he sort of nailed the spoiled brat thang that had been written for him. MAB better not SORAS Abby....that's one soap kid that needs to be played by the same adorable little actress forever (classic Abby line: I OWN JABOT!!!!!) I agree about Hunter being written bratty. I wouldn't mind a SORAS'd Abby...Victor with a rebellious teen girl just tickles me. They better not SORAS Blabby Abby! Or I'll start a picket line at the studio! LOL. That's how I feel about Hunter.
