I didn't realize that Robert La Tourneaux had played Mike. I must have seen some of his episodes a few years ago. Was he the Mike right before Assante?

His Mike was never in any episodes that aired on Retro. He appeared in 1967. If they ever release any of the assorted pre-Dec 67 episodes they have hopefully we can see him.

Thanks for clearing that up - it certainly makes sense.

As I said I found it odd that Quinlan would keep the current team.

I was going on the summaries supplied by French Fan.

Yep I did with the info we had at the time. There are quite a few errors we can correct with all the new information we get now.

They're supposed to be airing the very first episode from 1963 on that day too.

Oh wow. I'd love to see that. I don't think I have Retro so if it is uploaded anywhere can you let me know?

Can you watch the episodes from watchthedoctors.com on your computer? If so, any appletv user could just play it on the computer and send it to the appletv and watch it on the t.v.

Yes, it can be viewed on a computer.  I even watch it sometimes on my ipad, without an app.

I'm so confused with the app. I want to get a subscription, but from what I can see from the preview it only has up to 1970. If I get the subscription does it has the episodes going further than that? I had stopped watching in 71 so I'm trying to get back to where I was.

The few December 1979 episodes has most of the focus on the hospital..which I like.  Ashley seems interesting so far, and was Jack and Carolee have a nice rapport.

As much as I like Zimmer as Nola... having her on the show with no ties to the hospital kind wasn't smart.   I think it would have been better to tie her to the hospital more...imho
