She actually has been fantastic and fits on Hollyoaks very well. It is 100% the horrible drawn out writing for her character that is the culprit to making a once promising, charismatic character into a completely depressing, miserable soul.

True I blame the storytelling and the plotting. Its just been one stupid thing after another for Maxine and very unbelievable at this point. The show as a whole is just a mess. i just fast forward through almost everything. Even the Teagan and Diane drama is just blahh.

I've always liked Alex Fletcher going back to her teen years on Brookside. She now strikes me as a Liverpudlian Kathy Beale. Did she share any scenes with Gillian Taylforth when she was on HO? No, right?

Why does Grace always have that hairstyle which makes it look like she's on her way to prom night?

Biologically, it is Grace and Trevor's. She cares so much because it was her last egg. Her last chance at having a child after Mercedes accidentally shot her and made her unable to carry a child herself. I actually believe 2014 has been a vast improvement over the the back half of last year. Grace, in particular, has defintely turned into a great must see character. And this Kim twist has been a great surprise, especially with where they're going with it.

Damn Ste definitely just insulted and burned any bridge he had with John Paul....PURRFECT...and so true tho. John Paul is sorta boring compared to Brendan. That doesn't mean I liked Brendan at all but if Ste enjoys being beat up by that sketchy ugly weird guy then go for it. Leaves John Paul free and clear for Harry.

Carl, you were a fan of Jess Harris weren't you?

She was mentioned so much this week, along with photo indentification. Zoe and Lisa got a mention as well, but it seems odd they would have Darren mention her this much, even going as far as making plans to meet up with her, to see her at all. Odd and disappointing.

    • Elon is snapping on Trump worse than Phyllis snapped on Billy over Abbott Communications lmao.
    • In watching the Family Feud episodes, I can't get over how charming and interesting all the EON actors are. Tony Craig was not served by how Draper was written, and I wish he had been given a better character. He's so adorable on FF. From what I've seen on EON, he is never given much of a chance to show that. He should have been a major leading man in soaps based on the way he is on FF.
    • Kim Zimmer gets a lot of details wrong. Since she gave it to so many people to read (if they actually read it and didn't just blurb it), you would think someone would have pointed out these errors. I don't know if it's just confusion on her part or if it's because she wrote it out of anger. She has admitted she was extremely angry in writing the book. I was not surprised she left out Michelle Forbes because it must have come as a blow to realize that viewers had quickly latched on to another actress.  That's probably why she was not always kind to Cynthia Watros (something she admits to). Jeanne Cooper and Victoria Rowell published similar memoirs where they were determined to get even with costars and producers they felt had wronged them. Zimmer is a lot more measured than those two.
    • And Susan did find something to hawk when All My Children was cancelled. Susan was right in the middle of a book tour to promote her autobiography. So she was facing questions from interviewers about AMC cancellation, while trying to sell her book at the same time Kim Zimmer must be clairvoyant - explains why TPTB at Guiding Light made the character Reva a psychic!
    • Who cares?  I just enjoy watching them fight.

    • Cheeseburgers, with some spicy fries! YUM!
    • Not to be that person (lol), BUT: Reva's marriage to Alan was annulled, so that doesn't count. Also, I ASSUME she had not yet been declared legally dead when she married Richard, so that one also probably doesn't count. As I've said before, it's not unusual for actors to slip up on storyline details, so I would be shocked if these were the only gaps in her memory of this kind. And, yeah, the more names, the funnier it is, so...
    • I wonder what 45/47 did to piss off Musky, who should be fixing his social media platforms speeds... things been slow for WEEKS!
