June 25, 200817 yr Member I felt sorry for Cole today. A year ago, I really thought BB was hopeless, but his acting has improved. I can even understand Cole's position. I'm sure it would be better for the child to be raised by good adults who are ready to be parents, but it's not like there is any guarantee that's how it's going to be. I can see why Cole wants to hold onto the only family he has left and it kind of annoys me that people are so quick to dismiss him. He does have as many rights as Starr and it's not like he would be the first 18 (by the time Starrlet is born) year old to raise a baby. He might not be ready to have a child, but he could get ready with some help. I'm sure Marty left him lots of insurance money, so he could hire a nanny and take parenting classes. I'm not saying it's an ideal situation, but it's also not as unrealistic as Nora makes it out to be. I couldnt agree more!
June 25, 200817 yr Member if she wants to give the baby up, I dont get why she doesnt just give the baby to its father.

June 25, 200817 yr Member exactly! and why is everyone judging Cole for wanting to raise his child? Right!! I was glad that Nora finally agreed to help him as long as he really thought about what he is getting into. It's one thing to say you are going to sacrifice everything for your child, but doing it is another thing at such a young age. That doesn't mean it can't be done. 18 year olds do it all the time. It does suck that he doesn't have a support system though. That would give me more pause than the fact that he's so young, but again, he isn't exactly without means. I think Cole will come around to the idea that adoption is best, Marcie and Michael will decide to adopt and then Marty comes into the picture and Todd finds out about the baby. I'm sure all hell will break loose from there.

It may have been done before, but its rare. Esp for the teenage father to sue for the child, and cole has every right to do so.

I mean, yes research the details, but she could have told him right away that if Starr has the child she can't sign it away without Cole's consent.
June 25, 200817 yr Member Poor Cole... It is so sweet that he wants to raise his baby. I just realised that I like Cole whenever Starr is not around. I don't understand what my problem with this girl is. Look what she is doing to poor Marcie now, getting her hopes up. Perhaps it's the actress that doesn't work for me. She looks like a very innocent version of young Melissa Reeves and she looks like she is eleven years old and I don't buy her when she acts like a spoiled princess or a teen b*tch. It would be fun if Todd's daughter ended up a party girl like Marty Saybrooke. I can't get enough Todd-Marty scenes. I love them together I also love John and Blair (nice dress Blair, you look hot!), but I would not like to see them involved at least not for a while. I find men-women friendships fascinating on soaps. I hope Marty will fall for Todd and then remember what he did to her. BTW if I were in her position, being held by TSJ I wouldn't ask many questions.
June 25, 200817 yr Member i ahve a stupid question, what does that word mean and how do you say it? hey, ya never know if you dont ask... I had to look it up too Jack. LOL. It's such an elegant word for boredom.
