Members KMan101
I agree. I'm really disappointed they missed one person. I can't believe all of them reunited. I do think they all got along for the most part, and hell, most of them returned for the reboot. They're why I'm so upset the reboot failed on nearly every level.
Members Gray Bunny
I think they should try another reboot, and pretend the CW version never existed in the Melrose universe. Especially if it airs on a different network. Oh, well, dare to dream. That ship has sailed I guess.
Members Chris B
After the success of Dallas, it makes me so sad to see how the legacy of 90210 and Melrose Place was ruined with those stupid CW sequels. 90210 in particular could've been a HUGE hit had they compiled a cast of mostly original cast members with some new ones sprinkled in. I would've had Andrea Zuckerman as Principal, keep Kelly as Guidance Counselor and make Hannah and Silver the lead younger cast members. Then get Shannon Doherty back full time and work on getting some of the guys back. With Melrose Place you can't look at that cast photo and tell me that isn't a show you can sell. As bad as FOX is doing this season they should look into a proper Melrose Place reboot. I get the feeling the writers of the last one didn't watch the original. The tone was completely different as was the writing for everyone. I mean to think they wanted to kill Amanda in the pilot, that says it all.
Members All My Shadows
I don't think they could have ever gotten any of the male stars of 90210 back for the sequel series. The main four guys all seem to look back fondly on the show, but they've moved on. Lord knows I don't need to see Jesse Vasquez back on TV. The MPers look FANTABULOUS in that photo!! Michael is the only absence, of course, which is a shame because TC has aged just as well, if not better, than the rest of them. I'd totally watch a show built entirely on that crew.
Members detroitpiston
This is beautiful, my word The ladies still as bad as ever
Members DRW50
Courtney looks the most "real" to me of the ladies, and the best aged. Either she hid the Botox use with her bangs, or she's not doing it. Laura also looks great, so does Daphne. Heather still looks a little spacey. I just can't deal with TC not being on there. [!@#$%^&*] that. [!@#$%^&*] it. He was Melrose to me during the years I watched. I will not be buying that, unless he had some tragic personal reason for not being on the cover. Members All My Shadows
There's absolutely no way that they just excluded him, I'm sure. Everyone knows that Michael Mancini was THE leading man of MP. He was the only person to appear in every single episode.
Members dragonflies
Melrose Monday on Good Morning America this coming Monday, they're teaming up with EW. So we might get the whole cast. They had the cast of the movie Clueless on today and everyone was there except Paul Rudd and of couse Brittany Murphy(RIP)
Members Gray Bunny
Thanks for the info! Will be TiVoing that! There must be a good reason Thomas Calabro wasn't included. And yes, he looks GREAT, remember him the in the reboot? Even better than he did in the 90's! I agree that Courtney Thorne Smith looks wonderful as well. Aside from a few bad haircuts, she was probably one of the most beautiful of them all.
Members DRW50
Why are they hyping the Arrested Development cast being together again? Aren't they still filming AD, for Netflix?
Members YRBB
That is such a gorgeous cover; will make sure to buy that. I recently finished Season 5 and, I have to say, I loved that last double episode. I think this may be my second favorite cliffhanger after Season 3. You just never get storylines clashing into each other (figuratively and literally) on MELROSE and it was such an ingenious way to do it. Excited for Season 6!
Members Cheap21
Poor you. Just be warned that it never gets this good again. Its a steep decline in quality
Members detroitpiston
Just got the issue in the mail, thankfully its the one with Melrose on the cover. Its even more gorgeous in person Really great article, in it they say Thomas Calabro declined to participate in the story/photoshoot so at least he was asked:(

Members YRBB
LOL Gotcha I watched the first episode and liked it; so far, I don't spot much difference. But I was surprised to see Frank South still as executive producer. I thought he would have been replaced as showrunner/exec producer by Pratt by now. Maybe it happens in a few episodes?
