I guess this was done when the Dobsons came back.

I guess Warren drastically changed his look before the show ended. I don't like him, especially after reading that he dumped Lionel like yesterday's garbage.

....and of course JW's run at Santa Barbara was part of his abandonment of Kristina Wagner and their marriage the first time. It was clearly not a good time for Wagner professionally or personally:

Pals blame his womanizing

THE rocky seven-year marriage between Melrose Place hunk Jack Wagner and his wife Kristina came to a crashing end when she slapped her hubby with divorce papers.

And the only thing that has shocked pals is that Kristina put up with his roving eye for as long as she did.

The split is no surprise to those who know Jack. He simply can't keep his eyes on his wife. "It's as if he has a sexual compulsion and will never change."

Wagner met his wife when they starred together as General Hospital super-couple Frisco and Felicia, but didn't become involved until Kristina's marriage to Robert Malandro fell apart in the late '80s.

Even as the duo became romantically entwined, insiders say Wagner, 41, shamelessly chased other women.

In the notorious book You'll Never Make Love in this Town Again, former Hollywood party girl Liza Greer writes about a torrid sexual encounter with Jack while he was dating Kristina.

Despite the book's allegations, the couple stayed together and in 1990, Kristina gave birth to their son Peter. Six months later, Jack left the ABC soap — and his wife and child, moving out of their Bel Air home, sources say.

"I was alone," Kristina recently recalled. "It was me and baby Petey."

The pretty actress was so heartbroken, she took a six-month medical leave of absence from her ABC daytime drama.

Meanwhile, ladies man Jack worked on the soap Santa Barbara and was linked to two co-stars, Nina Arvesen and Paula Irvine.

Despite his gallivanting, he and Kristina reconciled. They tied the knot in Lake Tahoe in 1993 and a year later, a second son, Harrison, was born.

He developed another passion that teed Kristina off — golf!

"He travels all over the country to take part in tournaments, leaving his family behind," says another source.

Finally, citing irreconcilable differences, Kristina filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, insiders reveal.

"Kristina," say the source, "has simply had enough!"

Wow, eerie resemblance! LOL!

But seriously, the top photos: Is that Susan Marie Snyder (or whatever her name is now)? I know she was Laken Lockridge #2. And played her like a spoiled mega bitch unlike predecessor Julie Ronnie! (Shell Danielson, the final Laken, played her as strong but kind.)

That's Susan Marie Snyder, yes (so glad she ditched that hair at ATWT).

Well, to be fair, big hair was in during the '80s and out by the '90s (later in the '90s, that is). SMS is lucky that she can look good as both a blonde and a redhead.

Do you know who this is playing Eleanor?

It's interesting how they did this Cruz/Santana sex scene. The scene is steamy, yet you can tell he's pushing himself through it. They took a lot of care in a way they wouldn't now.

The Mary/Mark stuff is tough to watch. He just seems pathetic.

I guess the show went through a lot of change by mid-86, since Mary, Mark, and Kirk would be gone.

The only two I can help you with are:

Channing's boyfriend was named Lindsay, but I don't know what he did for a living, or I forgot.

And Eden left in a limo as Channing with Stephen J. Cannell as her unnamed limo driver. (It was an inside joke since Walker was leaving SB for SJC's new series, Palace Guard.) So she was roaming around. In the late years, we saw the feet of her (obviously a stand in) send a letter to Cruz along with divorce papers and a letter to the family, saying she was getting well but was not coming home to SB.

Ahhh, you must have missed the episode where Cruz first finds Suzanne Collier. Toward the end of the episode, Eden's face appears in the window and, as she looks at them, you can see her mouthing the words "Good Bye Cruz. I Love You." Tears rolled down her face as she took off her wedding ring and left it on the window and ran off, with Cruz soon finding the ring and trying to catch up with her.

It was an uncredited final appearance- not ONE spoiler was leaked about it so I'm glad I got to see it with my own eyes. And yes, it most certainly was Marcy, as she returned to film that brief scene. It was the only, tiny bit of closure we got and THANK GOD her actual final scene turned out to be her playing Eden, not Lisa or Channing. I believe it aired about a month after Marcy left.

Also, when Julia and Mason went to find Ted in San Francisco, it was Eden leading them to him. You could only see the back of her and that gorgeous hair, but it was most certainly Eden (not Marcy though :( ) and it actually played a major part in Ted's return.

Oh, just to throw them off the track. That's a novel way to bring a character back.

Was that the Dobsons?

No, I actually do remember that! smile.png But time had dulled my memory in that I swore that aired before the Capwells got that letter from Eden (where the obvious stand in mailed it from wherever she was). But it was after? Are you sure? Because you're right in that changes the context!

Oh I never knew that. Being the big MW/Eden fan, how did you feel about how they wrote her out? Crazy and a mess with the destruction of her very popular pairing with Cruz. I jsut read all about that a few weeks ago and thought it was an awful way to write out one of the show's most popular character. Did you feel this brief return made up for that?
