July 3, 200817 yr Member Lisa Seidman is breakdown/assoc. writer, and Darin/Shelley are script writers. And Freiwald/Schreiber are writing partners. Aside from that, I believe it's all okay. Maybe Toups knows more about the position new writers will have. SIDE NOTE: Freiwald/Schreiber are more than writing partners, they're father and daughter who live in Prescott, AZ. Just in case anyone is interested.

July 3, 200817 yr Member It has taken me four days to wade through this thread. However, I've loved every minute of it. Not only are you all very knowledgeable and respectful (and inside, I suspect), but you also are very witty. I have learned so much about the soap writing (and crediting) process through reading your responses. I look forward to reading and participating in the future, now that I've reached page 129!
July 3, 200817 yr Member Yeah, 22 writers is beyond ridiculous. As the other shows downsize their writing teams, Y&R expands...I guess to keep the daytime writer pool in tact. Why the frack do they need 22 writers? I mean seriously, come on MAB. So there's a joke in here somewhere.... "How many Y&R writers does it take to screw a light bulb?" The poster with the best answer will win a "I love Lynn Marie Latham" t-shirt!

The poster with the best answer will win a "I love Lynn Marie Latham" t-shirt! Answer: 22. One to actually screw it in, 20 to make sure it's done in the slowest and most boring way possible, and Amanda Beall to be sure that if it drops and breaks, someone will be around to "gargle it."

July 3, 200817 yr Member The poster with the best answer will win a "I love Lynn Marie Latham" t-shirt! No offense, Jonathan, but that's an excellent way to keep people from participating, lol.

July 3, 200817 yr Member If I did, of course I would post information a lot sooner. Well, Toups, a lot sooner is not good enough! Immediately is!
